The service has been terrible since the new manager took over. They treat customers very badly, and a man who speaks Spanish is also always rude. They should consider changing staff because even the place is very dirty, and they set the air conditioning to freezing cold so people won't eat there. Very bad.

Just left the place and I hate I even went. EVERYTHING was cold, the fries tasted old and now they have the nerve to charge for sauce. The lady in the drive thru was not better. She’s trying to take my order on the wrong intercom and was not interested in taking my method of payment because she was too busy on her phone. I wish I could give it negative stars.

Pretty sure they served me nuggets that were dropped in dishwater. Not only were they soggy, but they were also cold, and by the end my jaw hurt from chewing them. I dont understand why this place is so terrible considering the area.

I dont know what happening but in the last week everything has changed i have come here for a year everyday with my kids they love this location everything was great the service and also the food but since a week a go everytime i go the managers are rude and the emoyees and im taking 15 mins in the line everytime i dont know if the management has changed but they need to do something asap wont be coming back to this location anytime soon until they get their stuff together Also, idk, something changed and i hated, whatever happened or changed, it is worst.

There wasn't anyone at the register so I put my order in at the kiosk. The payment machine wasn't working so I went to the register to pay. I stood there over 5 minutes waiting for someone to approach the register but this never happened. I called for someone to assist me. I then had to wait again for my order to be made. I don't necessarily blame the workers. They all looked stressed and overwhelmed. This McDonalds needs new management. I've had prior incidents at this McDonalds as well hence the 1 star.
