I want to report my very bad experience at this restaurant. The food was in very poor condition, cold, and tasted bad, which is already unacceptable for a place that is supposed to maintain basic quality standards.
But what made the experience even worse was the condition of the restaurant itself. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked proper hygiene, which creates a terrible impression for any customer.
However, the most upsetting part was the attitude of the management. The manager refused to allow me to use the restroom until I purchased something first, even after I explained that I had an urgent need to use the bathroom. This kind of behavior is very insensitive and shows a complete lack of empathy. No one should be treated that way when they simply need to use the restroom.
This type of behavior makes the restaurant look very bad and seriously damages its image. Management should focus on customer service, cleanliness, and treating people with respect, not on enforcing unreasonable rules that show a lack of professionalism.
I definitely do not recommend this place. The poor food quality, the lack of cleanliness, and the attitude of management make the entire experience completely negative.

McDonald's breakfast is great. But at this McDonald's be prepared for long lines and long waiting in the drive thru. Because orders are either missing or done wrong. Other times orders are done right and friendlier customer service. Employers and employees needs to attend customers with equality (race or color), respect, understanding, Courteous and kindness. They also need to know how to deal with certain situations and not to overreact under pressure and escalate any situations under any circumstances. People always comes in with some kind of aggressions because others don't know what they're going through with their own lives, employees just needs to know how to assess the situation when it arrives. And not jump into any conclusions to make matters worse. Learn to D'escalate.

I had horrible customer service I was waiting at the intercom for about 10 minutes and another car pulled up to the intercom next to me and got served first. I pulled up to the window and got completely ignored and the man looked past me like I wasnât even there. He did not greet me or anything and neither did the people at the next window. Horrible customer service never coming back to this location again.

So I came at 10:15 am before breakfast ended, I ordered breakfast specifically a English muffin and the people said that they did not have any more round egg if I wanted to substitute, I did ask for a cheeseburger because by the time they got done with everything it was 10:30 AM so I said I wanted a cheeseburger and fry, but then I received it and changed my mind and just wanted my money back. One of the managers got an attitude and was talking mess in the back. I live very close to this McDonaldâs and every time I come in here it seem like itâs always an issue with something please do better for the community of Pine Hills.
I order from door dash and tell me how I was just trying to get food for the grinch meal and I get a box with the food I had hoped would have been in there but I was sadly mistaken when I opened the box it was empty just the packages with no food

McDonaldâs is okay when youâre in a hurry or craving something familiar. The food tastes the same everywhere, which is nice, but itâs not always the freshest. Service is usually fast, but sometimes the order isnât right. Decent for a quick meal, just not amazing.

It's the overnight crew for me that one female manager she is tall light skin girl and a black older male some nights. When they are there food is always fresh and quick service

Came in here waited 15 min almost just for a refill due to manager gossiping about other co workers and they all looked over several times and neglected the door dasher in front of me and myself. Went to use the restroom right before I was leaving and that same manager yelled at me âwere closed!â I said well Iâm already in here and I have to pee she said she didnât care. Very disappointed in this store change. Need a new manager.
