I always order take out to be in and out. I get there and the order is still not ready, even if the app says it is. I wait 3-5 minutes longer than I should. Today they didn’t even bother yelling the order numbers for customers to know their order is ready, they were just assuming. The guy waiting near the pick up area was shown my order and I had to walk up and tell them it was mine. At this point, I’d rather drive to the other closest location to avoid their inefficiency.

If ypu have 30 minutes to spare, by all means go to this consistently slow location that often gets your order wrong. Today after 3 attempts to give me the wrong food I STILL ended up with a 4 piece chicken nugget instead of a breakfast sasuage patty. This will be the last time I go to this location. The time i should be saving because the location is close I lose because they are always so slow. Please hire more staff.

By far the worst service at a McDonald’s. We live close by and used to frequent this place often. But THEY NEVER HAVE YOUR ORDER READY in the drive thru. We have always had to park and wait at least 15mins. And it happens every time we go now. That’s not fast food, that’s not acceptable for drive thru times. We don’t ever have a complicated order and yet we always have to wait. Do yourself a favor and drive to another one. I guarantee it’ll take less time than waiting for these plodding people.

This is absolutely disgusting I’m here waiting on my order and this is who I see making my meal gloves on while on the phone touching god knows where she puts that phone this is very disturbing how many times have I came here and there’s always something with this lady in red my lord please McDonald I beg do something this is absolutely terrifying 🤮

They were fast in the drive thru, but my food order came wrong. No lettuce, tomatoes or any sauce in my deluxe chicken crispy. Just plain bread, chicken and pickles. I’m disappointed. Only saw this after driving away. Never got a receipt either.
