I placed an order online. I went to complain because some potatoes and a happy box were missing. My son and the staff didn't give me a response and one girl just laughed. Apart from that, I asked for the burgers without vegetables and they added vegetables. What a really bad experience, how unpleasant.

The tall skinny light skin girl with long black hair look like braids or plats that work during the day on February , 19 , 2025 was highly rude and had a major attitude like she didn’t want to deal with no one she cut off my conversation and was rude completely . Definitely not going to this McDonalds no more VERY rude

2nd time in a row they took my money ordering from the app, I get there and I hear some excuse from this night crew on why I can't get my food. One time the mobile order is down but had no trouble taking my money then I ask to order from the window I get attitude now saying didn't you hear me the whole system is down. Second time I order they said some homeless guy ravaged the store 45 minutes ago and messed up all the registers and fryers. Told me they were closed and police were just here. Meanwhile I'm hearing them chatting and watching then just chilling out in the kitchen. This night crew is just lazy and don't want to work or aren't honest about hey breakfast is switching over in an hour and we don't want to make the food. Then to top it off they called the police on me while I'm sitting in the parking lot typing this review and gpsing my next location.

They do not care about the service or food they provide to the customers they give me a burnt chicken sandwich knowingly and when I went back for an exchange they made me wait 20min for one sandwich while they served everyone else unacceptable on all levels.

I ordered 5 large fries. Associate at the drive-through window said that he could not accept cash as payment. When I received my order of fries, they were freshly cooked and hot, but they were brown like they were cooked in old oil. Let me start from the beginning. When I started my order at the drive-through menu board, I asked the first associate for extra ketchup. When I went to the second window, I was asked to park and wait, so I confirmed my need for extra ketchup with the second associate before parking. When the third associate brought my order to my car, I asked him if there was ketchup inside the bag, and he said, "Yes," but when I looked inside the bag, there was no ketchup. Not a good experience on this day McDonald's!

Some how they managed to get the food to have absolutely no flavor. So it appears to be flavorful. And the moment you bite into it.. Prepare yourself to be confused and disappointed. And the question is how?! Because I still can’t understand how potatoes don’t taste like potatoes and meat.. MEAT! Has no taste. Even the sprite had no flavor. And you might think I probably lost my taste buds.. But I wasn’t the only one. My wife gave up and decided to not even continue eating it because she was sure it was fake food. Because what food has no flavor. I didn’t even know what no flavor was until I tried this. So confusing. If you order food from here, make sure you get some sauce on the side. It’ll be the only thing you’d taste.
