Quick service here. They just finished rebuilding last year 2024
I was having difficulty connecting to the free WiFi network advertised online and through signage posted at the store. Upon inquiring with on-site staff about the lack of service, I was informed that it had been discontinued due to security vulnerabilities associated with their WiFi security cameras. While the rationale provided by staff is noted, it's important to highlight that effective network segmentation would typically isolate security systems from guest access points.
To maintain accurate service information and manage customer expectations, it is essential that:
The facility be removed from any directories or platforms listing it as offering free WiFi.
All physical signage at the location advertising free WiFi be taken down.
Addressing this discrepancy will ensure a better customer experience.
It never fails when I go here either my order gets messed up or they don't give me sauces or they miss something.
Since they remodeled McDonald's, the service has been terrible. There's no space, either inside or through the drive-thru. There's always something wrong
Waited over 35 minutes after pulling into a Drive Thru spot I was assigned to by the individual in the drive thru - for 2, 10 piece nugget meal. Enough said.
They keep getting my order wrong in the drive thru so I've started going inside to order at the kiosk. However, the past 3 times I went, my order was still wrong.

Stop at mcdonald's and Purchase fish sandwiches was crooked. The tartar sauce on it was all over the side. The fish was cold, it was a mess .

Waited 30 min for our food and when we got the food the fries were luke warm. I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and they left out the second burger all together. When eating the one, i noticed it was missing ingredients. No acknowledgement of this from the staff. Unfortunately their location is great but their service and execution is terrible. Stop here for food if you must but don’t expect much.

Andrés the "manager" I asked for his help for something simple and he has no answer and he didn't help me, I asked other questions he doesn't know the answer either, his only answer was "I don't know", what a shame he must be a manager and know absolutely nothing about your work 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Today, I placed an order for 22 happy boxes at 8:00am and even though it was an after-hours service, they didn't hesitate to help me, so I got to work. Thank you very much, the kids were super happy!!! I congratulate the Manager, that's what it means to want to sell!
