Poor management and repeated mistakes.
We ordered through DoorDash and only received half of our order. The bag was sealed, so DoorDash could not check it. When we spoke with the manager, Gustavo, he acknowledged that this was the second time this location messed up our order and even remembered the previous incident. Despite admitting the mistake, he refused to remake the missing items or allow us to pick them up, even though we already paid DoorDash fees and a tip that were not refunded. Instead, he offered a small fry or one of the cheapest sandwiches on the menu. That response shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. This McDonald’s consistently gets orders wrong, and management does not take responsibility when it happens.

As to previous order it was a burned chicken sandwich. We returned it and requested it to be remade.

This is a constant theme here unfortunately.

I often stop by this McDonald’s late at night after work, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently negative due to one employee working the drive-thru during those hours. Her tone is very rude, she does not acknowledge customers or respond to “thank you,” and on multiple occasions she has closed the window before I am finished paying. The behavior feels disrespectful and makes the visit unpleasant. I hope management addresses this, as customer service is an important part of the experience.

Worse service, today I'm waiting for 40 minutes and de atent costumer say me that lost my order and more, I had get a new order for food again, so I losted $21.. This is so crazy!

Horrible organization in this location, you can never find an employee for assistance and they take forever to give you your food. What’s the point of fast food when it’s not even fast.

I was having difficulty connecting to the free WiFi network advertised online and through signage posted at the store. Upon inquiring with on-site staff about the lack of service, I was informed that it had been discontinued due to security vulnerabilities associated with their WiFi security cameras. While the rationale provided by staff is noted, it's important to highlight that effective network segmentation would typically isolate security systems from guest access points.

To maintain accurate service information and manage customer expectations, it is essential that:

The facility be removed from any directories or platforms listing it as offering free WiFi.
All physical signage at the location advertising free WiFi be taken down.

Addressing this discrepancy will ensure a better customer experience.

Since they remodeled McDonald's, the service has been terrible. There's no space, either inside or through the drive-thru. There's always something wrong
