Lovely place, I arrived at the establishment in matters of a food need, I did not know what to order, I did not know the menu, I did not know my options, I was sad, disoriented and desolate, but little did I know that that stage of my experience at McDonald's was soon about to end, a great worker and a gentleman in the highest definition, was attentive enough to notice my hopelessness, and came to the rescue, such a gentleman so polite in his speech and very knowledgeable with respect to the products that his company offers, was able to give me guidance, knowledge, information, he was able to cure my hopelessness through premier customer service, after an interesting but nevertheless brief exchange of words, such a gentleman called "Marcos" brightened my day, flourished my afternoon, and prepared me intellectually to be able to place any type of order at said establishment. This worker deserves 15/10 stars, highly recommended, such worker called Marcos deserves a raise!!!

The manager helps out which is always good, he moves the car line quick but when it comes to getting my food on the second window there's usually three girls just talking and asking what we ordered. I understand you wanna talk with your friends I do too at work but it's annoying when I just wanna get my food and leave. The food is usually hot I never have a problem with that thank god

Incomplete order, the order was not complete, I had to drive 20 minutes to return to get the missing item and the employee says that she did put it in the bag, making me look like a liar. I do not recommend this store

This McDonald’s is supposed to be open 24/7 and when I called them to make sure they were open the lady on the phone said they are “closed for maintenance” then was very rude and said “ are you outside?! You can’t tell that we are closed?!” Uhm no I wasn’t outside I was calling to see if you guys were open. Also I’ve lived in this neighborhood my entire life and they have never closed except for when they remodeled the entire place. Girl CLOSED! Naw you open you just don’t want people coming. Great customer service.
What bad service they have in this store, the despotic and arrogant staff. I really do not recommend, there are always products missing from the orders, they should close

I come to this McDonald’s since it close to the job and I can order 30 mins before getting the food and still make me wait. I usually get my food wrong and this what happen today (picture below) the burger is not even done. My break are 30 and I can’t even go back! Very terrible and need new workers
