Customer service was horrible, they prompt you to do kiosk and pay at the register. It took me longer to do the kiosk than it would have for her to just take my order. It even took her longer to explain to me that I can/have to do the kiosk than it would have been to just put my order in at the register. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Than as I am waiting I see the same lady take a customer with the register for an order with a coupon. I just don’t get the whole order on kiosk. That was not right, then once I waited the 30 minutes to get my order, it was wrong so I had to go back in and get the rest of my order and then fix the cheeseburger with only ketchup on it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Then when you go back in to ask for a redo on the mess up, the girls just stare at you start speaking another language and laugh right in your faces, giggles etc. I don’t think a single person spoke English in this McDonalds and maybe that’s why they push you for the kiosk, but still it’s not right and wasted my time, my money on wrong, cold food.

Tried to order on the app and pick up. It let me add my entire order and then go to checkout and it said „this restaurant isn’t taking online orders“.. which it could have told me before I put it in! So dumb!

Worst experience ever ! this place is trash . Management are trashy Hispanic women who are uneducated can’t effectively communicate because they barely speak English . I was berated at the drive thru window because I drove up to the 2nd window to pick up an uber order and since they were on a power trip she demanded that I go back around the drive line that was backed up out to the road and waste my gas! Never in a million years did I expect to be embarrassed because the manager wasn’t paying attention when I clearly heard her say next window ! On that note avoid this location at all costs !

Went through the drive thru to pick up mine and my coworkers meals. Apparently you're not allowed to pick up more than 2 orders at a time so the drive thru last told me to go back around and wait in line to pick up the other meal. It seems really dumb that I can't pick up more than 2 meals at a time. Then it's also a Spanish speaking only place so if you dont speak Spanish you should probably try a different McDonald's.

Free wifi free food on app. Customer that travel.buy you food since they corporate travelers get per diem or coming off cruise ships won _ on casino, so it match made in heaven... anytime corporate travelers show up they get everyone free McDonald's burn.tge per diem or casino wins ...what else do you want? I guess good hearted people visit McDonald's.

Ordered food and when looking for a place to sit, all tables were dirty. It's the first McDonald's in the area that don't bring the food to your table, especially when you can see employees just talking in the back. No ketchup for the fries and no barbecue sauce that was ordered for the nuggets. Food was good but no quality customer service.

Drive thru times are horrendous. what can you expect though. Your order will be wrong 80% of the time. It’s McDonald’s and it’s nothing but a bunch of stoners working there. going inside and checking your meal will be your best bet. At least when you see it’s raw you’re there and you can show them instead of getting home and being disappointed. Managers don’t care. They’re just there to collect a check. hospitality they don’t know. never heard of the word actually.

They got my order wrong and started talking in Spanish about how it’s not their fault while in the kitchen thinking I cannot hear or understand them when CLEARLY it says on the actual receipt what I wanted. Did not know that a vanilla cappucino comes iced, when I asked she said it was a latte. Not the first time it’s happened, but I only come here because my kid likes happy meals.

Completely disgusting restaurant. It looks like whoever manages this franchise really doesn't care. Staff are all laughing talking and having a good time instead of taking pride of their store. Yeah, not coming back here. Burger king, here I come!
