For a mcdonalds, its decent. Cant expect too much.

All the people who serve at the Drive-Thru provide very poor service. There are people who don't speak English, but they try to make an effort to order their things and they practically discriminate against you. How can it be so difficult to understand what the customer is trying to say? And it's not just one person. They are all rude and provide poor service.

They need to train better their employees. Extremely slow and don’t listen properly. I ordered my food and had to repeat 3 times the oder, then when I got to the cashier and he gives me the receipt I noticed it was wrong. I proceed to tell the person than handle the food on the 2nd window and they still have me the order wrong. Waste of time and money

Cold food, cold fries, customer service is nasty, and a dirty restaurant. Burger was cold and the bread was hard and the fries were cold.

The claimed to have put the sauces I ordered in my bag at rhe drive thru, however when I checked they weren't there. Also both of my 10 piece chicken nuggets were short 2 pieces each. A repeat offense from this McDonalds. It's getting old.

Ordered a #1 and two happy meals on 8/3/2025. I was initially offered the wrong order at the second window. I was then instructed by the shift manager to park and wait for my order. I ended up waiting ten minutes while others in the drive thru were served before me. When the employee finally brought my food out, she handed it to someone in another vehicle. That person returned it to her and she finally delivered it to me. Zero apologies for the inconvenience or for the wait.
What’s even worse is that my large fry was nearly completely empty. I’m attaching photos of the fry container as it was when I took it out of the bag. The few fries that I did receive were cold. Lastly, one of the happy fries contained only six fries. Absolutely ridiculous. If I didn’t hadn’t had things to take care of, I would have returned to the store for a refund.

Drive-thru order taker was rude , disrespectful. Cashier was no different, to busy talking to his friends and food handler was the worse , not one word other then pull up and wait for your order. Was very loud joking with her associates. To top everything off I waited 10 minutes to get the food and it was cold . Management can spend some time on customer service training. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Drive the extra few minutes and save yourself the aggravation

I ordered steak bagel meal, asked for no egg,no onions, no sauce. After waiting 15 minutes for my order. I drive home and open bag and bagel has onions and no cheese. Almost 18 dollars for nothing. 👎
