This morning I tried to ask a girl with light eyes for sauces and she was dismissive and had me repeat myself more than once. Seems she was prioritizing talking to her friends than the actual customer. This restaurant needs to work on better customer service. I worked in the food industry for 3 years and I would never ever treat my customers the way I was treated. This experience was truly frustrating.

I want to apologize for my expression first I just did a shift from 4pm to 3am and btw the guy in the first window was amazing he is the best but as per the pictures I have to give you all a 0 since is not the first time it happens ASKED FOR A MOTHER EFIN DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER ONLY KETCHUP AND THEY PUT A BUNCH OF ONIONS IN BETWEEN THE MEETS I HATE MCDONALD ONIONS AND I WAS SUPER SPECIFIC THIS IS THE 4th TIME IT HAPPENS LIKE WHAT IN THE HELL AND IT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING IN ALL McDonald’s GET A GOD DAMN GRIP PLEASE GET TOUR DISTRICT MANAGER HERE IN THE ORLANDO AND KISSIMMEE AREA AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS NONSENSE.

I just made a purchase at this McDonald’s that included McStrips, and unfortunately two of them were raw on the inside. This is extremely concerning and dangerous for customers’ health due to the risk of salmonella. I took one bite, and on the second bite I immediately noticed something was wrong. Food safety should be taken very seriously, and this experience was unacceptable.

The managers of McDonald’s on this Morning shift. We’re very professional very nice and they attended me in my little brothers. Every needs accordingly. They deserve a raise. They truly took care of us. Make sure we had everything we needed and we were basically sad for the day. We even got a couple of items We didn’t even ask for. Thank you for making my family day. I hope you truly hope that you guys get everything You deserve.

This McDonalds is horrible. So when I put in my order I was told to park I told them I will not park since every time I park they still mess up my order. So how about the manager on duty some young kid tells me I either park or he will refund me my money. How about I stay here and you can call the cops. Funny how I got my food and no cops were called.

Manager there that has dreads and looks to have a eye issue on his right eye liberally screws up the order at payment, cancels it, enters it again incorrectly, takes payment, and then when we call him out on order being wrong tells us that we have to go redo the line. Are you kidding me? Where is the accountability?

Had a really unpleasant experience at the drive-thru due to your employee, Sophia. She was rude, dismissive, and spoke with an unnecessary attitude. I understand the job can be stressful, but basic customer service was completely lacking. Very disappointing experience. Won’t be coming back.
This really is consistently the worst McDonalds. I regularly travel an extra 20 minutes to the next closest one. The food tastes like they haven't ever changed their cooking oil, they can't fry an egg without it tasting like sulfur to save their life, and the fries are always undercooked just to name a few specifics.

Very bad experience. I was treated rudely and refused service simply because I had my dog with me. The staff did not even try to explain the situation respectfully or offer any help. Extremely unprofessional behavior and zero customer service skills. There are ways to communicate a policy, but this place chose disrespect instead. I will not be returning and do not recommend it.

Don't waste your time or your money at this mcdonald's. At the 2nd window the lunchtime employee's are always unprofessional or there just selective on who they decide to show professionalism to Clearly lack (simple customer service) training. The food is made sloppily I understand it's fast food, but you're still providing a service that's being (paid) for with people's working dollars. Anyways, I'm writing this knowing nothing is going to change on who they hire or reprimanding these employees accordingly. There incredibly disrespectful lunchtime employees. And I'm not talking about the veterans that been there forever. These are the (New Employees) within the past year.
