2nd time in the last couple weeks were I was asked to pull forward and wait for my order. This time they lost my order and after 10 -15 mins they came out and asked for my receipt to remake.. I waited for them to remake my order and since they always mess it up i double checked my order and of course it was made incorrectly.. how you all take 20 mins to make $5 value meal and 1 quarter pounder? All that time and still made it wrong..

Great if you dont want any sauce on your mcdouble. Had to get ketchup packets and add ketchup because it had the tiniest little dot in the middle. Also fries tasted cold and soggy. Will say it wasnt busy which guess I know why

we had to pay 30$ for a meal bcs they said the order canceled and then proceeded to say we will get our refund back it’s been 2 weeks and we haven’t gotten anything back so we contacted corporate and corporate said we can go there and get our money back and food so we called if there gm is going to be there and when and they act clueless

I went buy a McGriddle I ask for grill union they put silver union and charge me 0.50 for 2 slide tomatoes I will not go to McDonald cuz every time I go they mess up my order what ask for not what I get smh.

I shouldn't have to take apart a burger in the drive through to make sure it's made properly when I didn't ask for any changes to be made. Learn to make your basic menu items and ill stop disputing charges. Food costs too much for me to pay for a burger that I had to throw in the trash.
