Update: Still the same at night: Gross. I went during the day and it was perfectly fine. Use the app to place mobile orders and don't eat in. Still expect them to take a while. Placed a mobile order just as we were leaving Seaworld, drove there and still had to wait 10 additional minutes.

You would think they would be prepared for the park closing rush, but they are not. I don't mind too much having to wait, but it's the other things. The employees were working really hard, but were very disorganized. The place was pretty gross. One of the garbage areas was overflowing, food left on the tables, dirty tables etc. This was due to customers, but still.

All of this could be caused by staffing issues, or perhaps the sheer volume of customers (is next to the Vineland outlets) but thats something that should be anticipated) I would not be going back there.

The staff should clean the table's so when other customers go they have a table to sit on. We had to clean our own table before we get one to sit and eat our food.

No one was even here at this location in the morning. I know why. All I ordered was coffee and it was so watered down. Rude customer service, you would think in the morning they would be happy with a smile. Nope no smile!

Big McDonald’s. Surprisingly good McPizza despite looking like garbage. However, I was disappointed by how small the world’s biggest McDonald’s was. If I didn’t know it was the world’s biggest McDonald’s, I would have been like yea that’s a pretty big McD’s but nothing special. I was hoping for a bigger McDonald’s despite it being pretty McBig. Though it was crazy to see a brick oven.

The staff is super rude. They don’t know how to talk to people. I came at night to pick up and mobile order and literately the lady was so rude asking for the number and saying she didn’t got no mobile order and left closing the window hard and complaining that I make an order. If there is not going to be service or they will get mad just close the place so people can’t order. I wish I can give 0 stars

Laziest workers I’ve ever met, had two kiosk open so I went to register and got told he couldn’t due to “ under staffing” yet multiple workers were just standing idly by, all ice cream machines were broken at 8:30. Unbelievable and lazy staff

Service was slow, fries were overdone. I couldn't even blame it on being busy because we were in a line with 1 other car. It took 25 minutes to get thru. On top of it the lid on our medium coke was loose and it came off and dumped all over us and the car.

I truly attempted to give this location the benefit of the doubt by returning for a second visit. Unfortunately, the experience only confirmed a pattern of poor operations and questionable customer service.

First, it’s unclear why there are two drive-thru lanes when there is never more than one person taking orders. Guests are left waiting unnecessarily until the employee finishes taking another order—completely defeating the purpose of a dual-lane setup. This alone causes confusion and delays right from the start.

Additionally, there is still a visible menu board advertising a $5 meal, yet the same meal now rings up as $6. That kind of pricing inaccuracy is misleading and unacceptable. On top of that, this is the second time I’ve been told to request my sauce at the second window—a policy that, frankly, makes no sense. If sauces are part of the order, why can’t they be added when the order is placed? To add to the confusion, I was also told there was no ranch available. I accepted that without issue—but it seems incredibly disorganized to not have a consistent process for something as basic as condiments.

I attempted to upgrade my fries to a large (which I was told couldn’t be done), yet moments later, I received a medium drink instead of the small size that was supposed to come with my meal—and without ever being asked or notified of an upcharge. How is it that one upcharge is impossible, yet another is imposed without consent?

The employee taking my order didn’t even input it into the screen, which forced me to ask for a repeat—and even then, it was incomplete. It became evident he had already moved on to take the next guest’s order in the other lane, despite not confirming mine was finished. At that point, I had to ask him directly if he had even heard the rest of my order.

When I got to the second window and politely asked why I had to request sauce there instead of during the ordering process, the staff member seemed confused and said, “I don’t know, they should be able to.” A simple question turned into an even more frustrating interaction when a manager—who overheard the exchange—abruptly interjected with, “Don’t worry about that.” This level of dismissiveness toward a reasonable and repeated customer concern is disappointing, to say the least.

As someone who has worked in fast food myself, I understand that mistakes happen. But this wasn’t just one error, it was a series of careless actions and complete disregard for the customer experience. And for a location so close to Disney, which caters to travelers from around the world, that level of service is especially concerning.

This will be my last visit to this location, no matter how conveniently located it is. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call to reevaluate your team’s training, because what I experienced falls far below even the most basic standard of hospitality.
