Every time there are missing items even if they take more than 30mins preparing. The staff there is not competent at all! Hire someone who can do simple math. There are other people worth more the jobs.

We gave our mobile order.number at the drive Thursday. Don't know what happened but they didn't have our order when we got there. So we showed our order to her and they still got it all wrong. 2 sweet teas and one was sweet and one was unsweetened, cold fries and the sandwiches were at least right.

We visited this McDonnell on 22nd December. Delivery to table occurred from for mr and husband, but not for my son and granddaughter...It was called from hatch. Food was delayed and items were missing. Although the items ere handed over there was no apology Tables were not cleaned by staff during our visit and customers are clearing tables to sit at, including us.
Waited at pick lane about 10 min. Had to go Inside and still not ready

Takes forever and the food is always cold. Never had hot or even warm fries from this location as well. This location made me forever not do Micky Ds again. Goodbye.

Went inside at about 10PM. We just needed something to drink. Ordered a large diet coke through the kiosk and saw an offer for a free small shake. Took it. What the hay, I haven't had a McDonald's shake since I was 15.
Waited 15 minutes with a dozen other people while nothing came out. Heard an exchange between the manager and two employees about their unplanned absence where they basically abandoned their posts.
Deep apologies we're appreciated for the time it took to get me a diet coke. The lady doing shakes clearly wasn't even told there was a need to do mine since the kid who was supposed to tell her was guilty of dereliction of duty.
The coke was fizzy and the shake was just as I remembered with more whipped cream. Not all bad :)
See you on the road, if you ever get back on it after ordering at this McDonald's.

Heads-up: the soda fountain isn’t in the dining room, so be prepared to ask for refills if the staff is willing.
