I did a mobile order tonight, waited about 15 minutes to place my order at the drive through, gave the lady my code… she had me pull up… waited about 15 more minutes for food… when the guy came to the window he said I never told the lady my number and sent me all the way through the line again … whole process took about an hour… do better McDonald’s

Went over to drive thru and lady ignored me and took order from 2nd drive thru, then thinking mine was broken I switched and she ignored me again and took order from someone else and I ended up leaving with no food. Lady had no manners saying what you want to customers

Your automated store was slow, employees looked lost. Tried the drive thru but it was worst. The automation for drinks gave me 3/4 of a cup. I hope this is just a trial!

The customer service here is terrible , the tables were disgusting and I watched a man ask someone for bbq sauce she reached for them but then proceeded to walk away , I definitely took my food to go will not return

Walked in and ordered at the kiosk. Didn’t accept payment except at the counter. No one came to the counter. Waited 45min for someone to ask “what I wanted” before telling them I just wanted to pay for my cheese burger and fries. 2/10 experience.

This is THE slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. No one paying attention to front counter, they pour your drink WELL before your food is ready so by the time you get the order, it’s watered down, the person in the back is wrapping the burgers like they’re fine china. Put some pep in your step, it’s fast food. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for my meal I’d go to a sit down restaurant. And no it wasn’t busy, so there’s no excuse.

Missing food after a very long day. Asked face to face at curbside if everything was here, it seemed light. No ketchup or other condiments that was asked for. Can’t call, they keep there phone on busy.
Use to be a nice burger joint. But McDonalds has forgotten they serve humans. Their machines they have in the lobby to make orders need to work and clearly say what to do when machine does not work. Forget about making greater and greater profits. Try helping people.

This was the longest weight I ever had to do in a McDonald’s. They took off our order from their screen and just stick the label on a bag and left it there so it won’t count against their target times.. My cheeseburger had no cheese in it and they put to much sauce in my burger. After complaining and standing around for 40 minutes I got my order as 2 parts. By that time some items went stale and cold.This place need serious leadership intervention before it damages the McDonald’s reputation itself
