Polite! I'm so big on restaurant workers bring polite, and this McDonald's scores big! Three times in three days with our boys while visiting Orlando.Food is hot, our orders accurate each time. Pleasantly surprised, as our local McDonald's in SC scored very low with me.Picture is from Sunday night after 11. Cars lines up around the building and past their dumpster. But the lines moved, and they're so polite on the speaker box! Hat's off for a great job!Stopped and chatted with one of the managers. She said every night is like this. My wife is a GM at a restaurant in SC. They have no idea what busy is, compared to this!Hated to hear this location is closing due to the interstate expansion. McDonald's, offer them jobs at other locations. This crew will continue to serve you well!

After a trip at Epcot after 10pm we waited in the drive thru for over a half and hour for a pick up order since curbside was closed and dining was closed. Ridiculous!!

Super busy but no excuse for being dingy. Breakfast is gross, hashbrowns are greasy and undercooked, even when specified as well done.

Last Saturday I was in this McDonald's about 30 minutes before the lobby was supposed to close. There were about 11:00 to 12:00 customers in the lobby. The manager using her key locked the doors so that no one could come into the lobby. She walked back behind the register to take care of customers. If there had been an emergency inside this restaurant we were all locked in with no way to get out except for her keys. This is extremely dangerous and totally uncalled for. She or another employee should have stood by the door not to let more people come into the lobby. She should never have locked us inside this McDonald's. Must safety and the safety of the other customers was at risk. The worst managed McDonald's ever. And to top it off we waited over 30 minutes for our food.

Don't waste your time with curbside. I waited 15 minutes and no one came out. Then I went in the drive through line to wait since they said they will not bring it to curbside. Just stick it out in the drive through

The worst McDonald's I have EVER been to. I go to McDonald's almost weekly and I have never seen such a trashed restaurant where the management was extremely rude and ignoring most of the people. I can safely say that I will never come here again

Worst experience. Horrible customer service. Asked for a drink to be corrected and they mixed flavors to be spiteful. Ordered a large fry and only half the box was filled. When asked the manager, she responded, "well that's the portion size". Asked for a refund and she said to contact the McDonald's App (because she knew there was no way to get a refund). Sadly, this is a very busy location because of Disney World, yet I'm local and not a tourist, so will not be visiting this location in the future.Others beware!
This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I joined the McDonald's app would said buy any breakfast sandwich get one for a dollar when I got to the window the cashier said I didn't meet the conditions. I asked her what the conditions meant she said that she didn't know. She asked me if I wanted to cancel my order I asked to speak to a manager. I asked the manager what is the condition so I know for the future and she responded that she didn't know. She frustratingly said she will credit the item this one time but not again. I again stated that I only wanted to know the condition so I am not confused and could understand. She walked away from the window leaving the cashier with me without an answer. I left without my food. Yesterday I went for dinner and they gave me French fries that were cold and hamburger that was certainly left out very unusual McDonald's

By far far far the slowest drive through I have ever been in!!!!!!!!!!! Came here at midnight and waited 50 minutes in the drive through, no joke!! Came here again a few days later at about 8:30, only a few fars in line this time, I thought it'd be better. NOPE! Another 35 minutes later for only a few cars!!?? Sorry, but something most be wrong at this location....

Closing curbside pickup from the app at night is ridiculous. Why would you shut down the only way to avoid the crazy drive through lines when they're needed the most? Poor decision on management's part. I wish I had known I couldn't use it before I ordered!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Staff is rude including the managers. The operation is poorly run and there is no concern for the patron. All they want is your money. Most recent bad experience echoes that of another reviewer where a mobile order was placed, curbside pickup was unavailable (app indicated), and the drive thru line wrapped around the building twice. I selected in store pickup (app showed available) only to find that the staff had locked the doors! I wanted to cancel my order, but staff was at first ignoring me through the glass. When they did acknowledge my presence, they motioned for me to join the drive thru line. I conveyed that I wanted to cancel my order, but they only shook their heads at me. No way to cancel on the app. Direct to busy signal when trying to call (likely deliberate). I think I've finally learned my lesson never to patronize this location again. I recommend you all do the same unless you are seeking disappointment and frustration. Never got my food yet they still charged my card!
