This place is disgusting. I ordered a breakfast sandwich only to find mold on the sandwich..I called to speak to a manager, and he didn't seem bothered or apologetic that the sandwich McDonald's served a customer was inedible and a health concern! What if a child or an elderly person were to eat this and not see it? This McDonald's doesn't deserve any stars, and the health department needs to pay them a visit! Please cook from home because this establishment and its employees clearly don't care about the health of customers.

Wow this might be my first time giving this McDonald's a review I've been here many times to be able to report that this McDonald's has major problems with ever being open in the morning they always have an excuse at the window always the system is down or they are doing this they are doing that it's always an excuse but they have a big reputation for not being open. Since they keep doing this we should really keep a score here on reviews and see just how many times they do it. They clearly have a knack for not being open and making excuses.

Great place to visit from out off state!! It was an unplanned main event!!! We never guessed mcdonald would be the place to be for food and entertainment!!! Lots of fun for kids and adults on 2nd floor. Different food from your everyday Mcdonald was way cool. No one I know can say they got pizza from McDonald's then played games at the playplace!!! 😁

Out of 5 meals ordered, 4 were completely incorrect. They asked what sauces were needed for the nuggets, but yet included not the first sauce was given in our bag. Took over 20 mins to get “fast food”. Stay clear of this store & take your money elsewhere.

Ordered 20 pc chicken nuggets and two deluxe spicy chicken sandwich combos. They are kinda cheap with the fries and forgot the sauce for the nuggets. The kitchen is impeccable I would applaud them for the hygiene

we have been waiting over 40 minutes for a pizza. still waiting . should rename this to worlds slowest mcdonalds
This McDonald’s is HUGE and feels like an attraction on its own. The kids loved the PlayPlace and arcade, and eating upstairs made it easy to keep an eye on them. Only downside: no drink refills on the second floor, which is a bit annoying with kids 😅 The menu has extra options you don’t normally see (pizza, pasta, waffles), it gets busy and loud, and prices are slightly higher but still worth doing once with kids.

It was pretty busy, I'd waited outside at the curb for over 13 mins, when I finally got my food I was missing multiple happy meals which makes me wonder why was I waiting 13 minutes, only to get 1/4th of what I ordered.
But your Crew member Cherish was excellent, she immediately apologized for the inconvenience and went back in to get what I had ordered, her service was amazing, she was quick and respectful, honestly she provided better service than I've received before at this mc donalds.
The food was pretty dry, lacking sauce, could do better with that as well.
