Avoid this place at all cost !!! It might be the world's largest McDonald's but the staff clearly can't cope with the orders. A long Que for the order screens, then another long que to pay. Waiting for the food was a joke, half the order came and was waiting for other meals. 30mins later the other half of the food came leaving us with half a cold order. Please avoid this place and there's plenty more of McDonald's in the area if you want one

Did not have air conditioner for up stairs were the kids play area.. so hot my daughter was up there 5mins sweating and when we walk out side so got sick because how hot it is upstairs.

Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Forced to use a kiosk could not order at the register. They charged 30 cents extra for sweet tea and then would not allow any refills. When ordering I got a number to place on the table and still had to go up and pick up the food because they would not bring it out. Took extremely long for a non busy restaurant to make the food. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to

I love McDonald's breakfast biscuit featuring sausage. Egg and cheese, however, the one I got at this McDonald's was a bit substandard. I was disappointed, because normally they're fabulous, this one was not. Later, while it was raining, I went through the drive through to get a coffee. The employee would not reach out to give me the coffee. I had to reach out into the rain to take it. The employee was not focused on good customer service
