Went in to grab some breakfast. Thankfully needed to use the restroom before ordering food. Both urinals had out of order signs. Okay, used the stall. Went to wash hands, no water from sink. If you can’t wash hands after using restroom, how do employees wash hands after using restroom. No thanks. I don’t want to eat someone’s poo-tons on my egg McMuffin.

One of us left behind a bag, when we returned to look for it we asked for an employee with short read hair and she said that nothing was found, the supervisor came asked for us where we where seated, she asked again the same lady with short read hair if something was found and she said no, the supervisor took us to the table to see if it was there, a couple in the next table said, we handed it to an employee with short read hair, we went back to her with the supervisor we asked her again and she said no bag was left, the supervisor said, that couple told us that they gave it to you, after that she got very nervous and said, it is in the kitchen, so she had 3 changes to say where it was and was planning to never give it back, we didn’t call the copa cuz everything was inside money and et . But she was planning to never give it back

Bad service I placed my order I had the board with the number on my table and they didn't bring me the food... I went to the counter and they left my food there... Why do they put the boards in the boxes if they are not going to take the food to the table.... By the way, my burger had too much sauce...

I came in the establishment stood by the counter the manager said I had to use the kiosk. I asked if I didn't know how to use it then what.Waited 10 minutes he never came or sent an associate out to help me.Will not be coming back to this establishment.Customer service goes a long way.
