I drove to this location, go in the drive thru, nobody greeted me or talked for that matter . After 7 mins of waiting I left , I realized everyone was also leaving and the lobby was closed .
At that point just shut all the lights off , wasting peoples time for no reason . 0/10

I don't understand what's going on with McDonald's in Orlando. Is this not fast food anymore? The last four McDonald's restaurants I've been to have taken forever to prepare the orders. This one took an incredibly long time.

Tried to use the app for a lunch doing travel - and restaurant was “not accepting orders”. Left I-75 to dine in and: 3 out 4 kiosks were “out of order” and only one cashier. Of course drive-thru was packed. Great restroom break - will never stop here ever again.

This is worst order I’ve received from McDonalds as expensive as things are! Both value meals were missing the chicken McNuggets, , the spicy mcchicken meat was extremely burned, the double hamburger came with only one dried up piece of meat McDonald’s needs to start hiring workers that care about a quality product they not cheap anymore!
