Manager was completely rude. I have been to 5 state in 3 weeks and this is the worse location. The day time manager on August 29 2025 at 1140 was beyond rude wanted to have an attitude and run off from the window screaming omg and rolling her eyes taking mess with the other employees just cause we didn’t want to park in the sun and wait on food being there was no cars behind us we wanted to sit and wait for out food. I understand if there’s a line pull over there but being no cars in line didn’t even make sense.it was really childish to act that way we work in the heat and wanted the shade have some respect for your customers who chose to eat at your location on there lunch we work in the heat. Corporate needs to come check out there location and staff ( manager )

Somthing wrong with McDonald's Orlando branches on general , this branch was very very very slow up to 45 min waiting time and and people keep on waiting wethoer dine in or take away while the store is not busy at all, and the most uncomfortable thing is wrong orders comes to table especially if the order was very clear!

Where is McDonald’s ever and there’s a lot of bad ones but this one popped them off they gave me the wrong order they made it seem like it was about money when I came to get my order fixed. The manager seen me soon as I walked in the door and she had an attitude very nasty Not willing to help. All the employees and they’re staring at me like I did something wrong. Plate was covered with water. There’s no apology. The food was all broken in half. No nothing avoid this place. Seeing what you need to pay you need to pay you need to pay, and then she threw the food in the trashcan so aggressively

Waited for 15 minutes and the food came cold and they still didn’t give me a Mc chicken and 4 piece nuggets it also looked like they dumped all the caramel in the iced coffee so it was undrinkable

This is my second time coming here and them giving my food to somebody else and leaving me waiting for 25 mins highly don’t recommend pass this McDonald’s and go to the next one I was on my lunch break yesterday and the whole 30 mins I sat and waited now same thing today it’s raining I’m hungry just want some FAST FOOD and wanna go home but nooooo not with these workers I HATE IT HERE
