Nothing five star regarding the location and business. When the kiddo wants Mc D's, this one is clean and can get the order correct.

Placed an order in the app and they took a really long time to bring it. We were missing one sandwich and the filet of fish I ordered was old, the bread was stuck to the box and hard, and the cheese was half of the sandwich and melted to the box. When my husband went in to get the missing burger, other customers were upset at how long it was taking to get their order.

Josh or Jeff Manager helped when my husband walked up to let him know our order was wrong for breakfast, immediately he went inside and gave my husband the correct items, even threw in an apple pie and two hash browns, thank you so much for going beyond for us, we will definitely be back!

This 2 employees are clearly stealing money from customers and possibly from the franchise owner of the McDonalds.

Went there around 4AM and they claimed the computers where down and only accepting cash.
Charged me $10 even for my order said they couldn't give a receipt and attempted to give me back $80 of my $90 change of the $100 bill I gave them. I asked what happened as it seemed intentional and the lady walked up a grab my $10 and said “oh I come and count” as some weak attempt to cover their tracks.

This was the sketchiest exchange l've ever had at a restaurant. I wouldn't go to the McDonald's until they hire new staff and get people working there with integrity.

The prices are astronomical to other local McDonald’s
2 cones cost over $5.10 at this location but the other two not even 5 miles away are $2.00 for 2 cones WTH is that for a melted 1/2 the size Lopsided cone

I use the McDonald's app frequently to pre-order my food to obtain points towards extra food during the weekdays. Unfortunately that this particular restaurant had an issue where they ran out of Large Cup Lids. In claiming that they could not supply lids, this happened also to void any order for a Large Size meal of any kind within the app. Not surprising, but in fact they had lids in the lobby that if you took the chance of doing a walk-in visit. I find that since implementing in-app pre ordering the walk-in to drive through pickups has greatly increased the ladder of the two.
((only speculation with no real fact other than visually noticing the increase of the customers choice of contact while I am in the back logged drive through lanes.))
After speaking with employees on this issue they seemed semi-aware of the issue, but strangely not in a hurry to do anything to repair the situation at hand. It took away any and all choices for all Large upsell choices, but leaving only the Med. Choice to be ordered in app. In my opinion I thought that the powers that be, might have done better at fixing the issue. BUT it's a statement made by only an opinion and I do not have any direct inside management knowledge
