Trying to charge people extra money just to put Mac sauce on the side instead of on their Big Mac even though it comes on it. So if your worried about having too much Mac sauce on your burger oh well I guess your either paying extra JUST for it to be on the side or getting screwed with food you don't eat cause there's too much on it. Awful customer service. Wouldn't order here.

I started using the app thinking maybe I would have a better experience. A person can only hope. The app is difficult to figure out but was hoping once I got that first order placed I would be able to pull up my order history and just click repeat. That has not happened after using it 3 or 4 times so maybe a suggestion to make that an option. When I said something to an employee she said the best thing to do is wait and place the order once I am in the parking lot!

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese plain. It was delivered to me with meat and bread. Where is the cheese? something so simple they can’t get it right.

Drove thru the drive thru and they put cones behind me and then told me the lane was closed? I said you guys just closed it behind me otherwise how would I even be in that lane...no response I asked again if anyone was there, no response so I pulled thru to the window. No one was there so I pulled up to the second window and a lady with dark hair maybe in late 40s open the window with a disgusting face asking what I needed ? Like I'm not in a drive thru for food?? I asked if I can order here since you didn't answer me and claimed the lane was close she simply said "I guess" so first off if you aren't happy with your job leave.. simple as that don't make people feel like a burden for going to get some breakfast. Insane horrible service and then only gave me one sauce for the 5 sandwiches we ordered, didn't make any eye contact just overall pathetic not my fault your a grown women working a highschool job do better in life honestly.

Asked for big mac sauce willing to pay and was told it was out of stock (it was very clear the employee was too lazy to charge me and get it) i drove back in the drive thru and ordered a big mac sandwich with 2 big mac sauces… they had it! Manager in the name of Alex asked me not to “argue”.
