As a McDonald’s worker I know a quarter pounder is not supposed to look like this.
This burger is raw I am disgusted. Half of the burgers i bought were raw I’m sick to my stomach

Fast food that takes 22 mins to be delivered to a curbside spot is ridiculous! Why does it take 22 mins? Because upon walking inside, we observed workers screwing around on their phones and not doing their jobs. Never coming back!

12/4/2024 - first visit to this store in many years. Cashier didn't really have a good command of English - didn't understaffed when we asked for salt, pepper, and katsup. Also, he didn't understand when we told him that the soap dispenser in the ladies' bathroom was empty. Our order came out cooked as ordered, but the kitchen staff wasted a lot of onions as they overflowed the sandwich and covered the bottom of the McRib box. Fries were not hot.

None of the kiosks worked! The person at the counter doesn't know what his place sells nor does he know how to take an order. I try to hold my temper and like to think I do pretty well. But being in there for onl5 five minutes watching the crew luagh while my family and I are in a hurry just lit something in me. Only to get in the car and find out the messed up the order. Instead of a hamburger I got a spicy chicken.... AFTER I WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT SELL IT AT THIS LOCATION! MY POOR BOY NOT ONLY DIDNT GET HIS HAMBURGER BUT WHEN WE GAVE HIM THE MCCHICKEN AND HE ATE HALF OF IT SAID HIS MOUTH WAS ON FIRE! UPON FURTHER INSPECTION IT WAS THE DAMN SANDWICH I ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT OFFER IT!

I ordered a fish sandwich and they gave me a sandwich that was made 5 hours prior to my order and left that old ticket on it so I know it was 5 hours old. This is how people get food poisoning. I told the manager and they didn’t say a single word to me. He gave me a refund without saying a word..I expect nothing more from a manager at a McDonald’s. I will never eat here again

Terrible attitude. Went through the drive-through and ordered 5 sandwiches. Nasty girl at window just hands the bag, no words or eye contact and closes window. There is only 3 of the 5 sandwiches in the bag. I had to wave her down and when I told her what was going on she still did not speak. She looks in the bag and then hold up 3 fingers and shrugs hers shoulders with a big eye roll. I explained again and all I got was a blank stare!?!?!? I had to park, walk in, explain again to someone else in order to get all the food. I would not have been so aggrivated if she actually helped instead of the nasty attitude and eye rolls.

This is the absolute WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD. No one is wearing hair nets, the food smelled and tasted like it was expired. The entire store was disgusting and filthy. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SICK.
So many bad experiences here. Orders are never right, consistently not given what I have paid for. Employees are subpar at best and downright rude at worst, and service is usually awful.

Very Dirty, employees doing nothing, and was not very busy. Kiosk were broke and didn’t know until the end when it was time to pay, as it was the cc reader. Stood at counter for someone to take our order (didn’t want to go through the whole process again) and just got stared at. Guess the franchise owner doesn’t care. I will go elsewhere.
Did not get my order right. I specifically told the order taker that I was allergic to pork and it was placed on my breakfast sandwich. I could have had an allergic reaction.
