Please save yourself a trip and don’t go to this McDonald’s. The customer service is HORRIBLE . I waited over 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged me or offered to help. Everyone, including the manager on duty, acted as if I were invisible.

I gave this location 2 stars because it is not as bad as the one at Timber Springs, but it's still terrible. The dining room was dirty and the garbage was overflowing. My Big Mac had a regular bun instead of a sesame seed bun and there was so much sauce, it fell apart while I was eating it. The fries were cold and the consistency of cardboard. Never again at this location.

I pulled up to the window to find like 4 employees chilling and laughing and acting surprised when my order wasnt taken so I pulled up to the window. Not one to leave reviews but this place sucks.

These kids need better training. If you ruin food don’t send it out. Fire the managers and hire 1 adequate person to train these kids how to listen for a timer beep. Give me my money back.
