They don't fulfill uber orders for breakfast between 0400-0500. There's always a run around and multiple drivers before they cancel the order. Pretty ridiculous.

This store used to be great but has been declining in food quality drastically - every time the food is not fresh even after we ask for fresh fries. The drive thru is taking forever it seems like they are understaffed attending to only one car line at a time!

I dont kno who the owner of this location but they suck everything about it sucks very rude manager they tell u daily they dont have sprit someone needs to go amd check the store or I will call the health department and the news
They find a new way to disappoint every time. I go back out of convenience after gaslighting myself into thinking “maybe they won’t mess it up this time.” Alas. This time my ICED coffee was warm, no sugar, and had coffee grounds sunk at the bottom. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson and I WILL spread the word.

I just went thru drive thru for a PURCHASE of two McGriddles along with a big breakfast.So not it.Food cold and they didn’t give me but 1 McGriddles.To far home to go back plus I should have checked the bag.But their employees should’ve checked it before they brought it out to me.This McDonalds is never getting my money again.

I don't like assuming the worst so I gave this McDonald's 3 chances... and got let down each time. Just go to the one on East Colonial.
The service at this one is always miserable no matter the time of day, long waits, they forget to add food you paid for, and today I paid for a quarter pounder ($7 burger btw) and they gave me a stale burger clearly left out for hours. Credit where it's due, the emotionless cashier did at least give me a remake.
The McDonald's at 10401 has way nicer staff, is way faster even during busy hours, and never screws up my order. Don't go to this one.
