I had ordered two steak and cheese bagels meal waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes than was asked to pull up to curbside 1 at 10:41am. After watching four vehicles receive there food I went into the restaurant noticing about twenty people waiting for their food. I had asked if my food is ready because I’ve been waiting in curbside 1. There were four cars who gotten there food and I’m still waiting.The Young Lady in the blue who could been one of the Managers said because they didn’t order the steak. So, because I had ordered the steak I had to wait. Another employee said, you aren’t the only one waiting. (Excuse me). Let’s get this right. If I had ordered the steak and cheese bagel that means it was ordered before 10:30 am it is now 11:00am. You mean to tell me that everyone waited 30 minutes for their food and still waiting. Hmmmmm, say it ain’t so. Drive by this McDonald’s unless want to wait 30 minutes later to receive your food. The Young Man working drive thru who takes the money is kind. The Lady behind the counter inside the restaurant was very nice but I had to request a refund. There is no way we should pay for poor customer service and 30 minutes delay in the DRIVE-THRU. I went to the McDonald’s down the street ordered spicy chicken nuggets. The wait time 8 minutes that only because I complained to the Manager about the previous restaurant. Boy Customer Service mean less and less in certain establishments. Crazy.

This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve been to in a while it has a good place to sit but took me 25 minutes to get food and when I got it the order was wrong. Their computers do not work no receipts they had no tents for dining in numbers. They gave me my food in all separate packing eggs and bacon separate from pancakes when it was ordered together food is cold and bacon is not fully cooked

Filet o fish made my gf and I have upset stomachs. Very disappointed. We were told to pull up and wait and had to wait 10 min. Fries were cold. Gentleman that took our order was fantastic. Cost was outrageous. Not again. 4 filet o fish and fries - $27. Ridiculous! And it made us sick. Usually love McDonalds Filet o Fish, but not at that price.
