I ordered 3 meals through the app and added 1 free large fries. Service was terrible. I waited long at the window while other cars were being sent around me. When I finally got my food, one small fries was missing and another had spilled all over the bag because it was placed upside down on top of everything. She was already gone. I waited almost 15 min and finally got someone attention by honking loud. Finally someone came. I explained clearly that I should have received 3 small fries (one with each meal) plus 1 large fries. At first, the manager kept insisting they wouldn’t replace anything (small bold black guy). After I broke it down step by step several times, he finally realized at the very end that I was correct and missing fries but by then, the food had already been tossed around, placed in new bags and was cold. At that point, I demanded a refund since the whole order was ruined.
The worst part wasn’t the mistake itself, but the attitude. Instead of helping, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional. To make it worse, the bag had a “double checked” sticker…….clearly it wasn’t. This location needs to do better in both accuracy and customer service.

I had such a great experience at McDonald’s! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was fresh and accurate. The service was quick even though it was busy, and everything came out hot and well-prepared. The restaurant was also clean and organized, which made my visit even better. I really appreciate the attention to detail and quality service—it definitely made this location stand out. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I’ve observed this location many times. I’ve noticed the male coworkers taking advantage of the females. The females are usually overworked. I can definitely understand their frustrations, so I’m patient with picking up orders. The manager/owner is usually completely useless as seen below in responses. This is all going on in front of a university lol

Order from the app to pick up in the drive thru. Had me pull to the 3rd window. Waited for minutes before someone asked what I was waiting for. After giving my receipt I waited and waited. almost every single time I go here the nuggets are amazing. like cooked absolutely perfectly amazing. they're crispy and golden on the outside and perfect on the inside. don't ever change what yall are doing it's the best
I cannot say enough about the exceptional hospitality we received from EB, the manager at the UCF McDonald’s. Originally from Morocco, EB went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and me. Although breakfast hours had ended, EB graciously fulfilled our request, as the product was still available. His willingness to go the extra mile made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
This location consistently delivers excellent service, but EB’s approach to hospitality truly stands out. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor set a gold standard for customer service. Honestly, the level of care and commitment he demonstrates rivals even top-tier establishments like Chick-fil-A.
Without a doubt, this is the best McDonald’s in Florida. Thanks to EB’s incredible leadership and culture, we will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area—EB and his team set the bar high for guest satisfaction!

Food is great and always fresh. The female managers are great, very respectful and kind. The 2 brown tone male managers I’ve seen there can be very rude and disrespectful at times and can use an attitude adjustment. Especially to homeless people who doesn’t bother anyone.
