I paid for a 10pc McNugget meal with my order and realized it wasn’t included when I got home. I went back and they wouldn’t give it to me because I didn’t bring the entire bag of food back for them to check if it was missing. Honestly ridiculous customer service and they were so rude about it. Everywhere I’ve worked food service in the past we’ve always given out missing items and the attitude was unnecessary

at 1:50am i placed a drive through order at this location and the service was disrespectful. the person who took my order over the voice mechanic was rude and once I came to window the lady or manager replace the girl in the window and was disrespectful to us and messed up on my order and when asked to fixed it she denied me an shut the window, happend at 1:55am 12/31/25

I was the reason they had overnight customers every night. then they kicked me out, and said if I came back I would be trespass.
The night manager is horrible she’s always there with a nasty attitude. The girl on the speaker is rude and acts as if she doesn’t want to be there ever. Food is NEVER fresh and hot no matter how many times you request for it to be. I will be contacting corporate.

The manager Stephany was very rude and unprofessional when SHE gave me the wrong order. I tried to politely explain to her the situation and she was very rude and started rolling her eyes and being passive aggressive.
