If I could’ve rated this location a zero star I would to start off with I went through the drive through and this female started talking loudly in the intercom but I didn’t let that interrupt so I proceed and she asked me if I had a online code so me and someone else in the car with me was waiting for the phone to show up the code so she then says to us SO DO YOU GOT A CODE while she increasing her tone so we said miss just a moment so we get done with our order and she say is that all you want are you done loud again so we get to the first window and there was a dark skin male there and he did his job well so after paying we went to the second window and there’s where the problem starts again so we finally get are order and it was a one medium French fry, one McFlurry, and one ice cream cone, all that we asked for but the SERVICE was very poor and disrespectful it started to get good but it was a the end when it came to giving us the ice cream cone so the staff gave it to us but we stayed there to ask can it be in a cup so the female i guess, she got agitated and aggressive, so we tried to give it back, so they can put it in a cup for it wouldn’t fall while giving it to her but she went and got a cup and tried to throw it on the ice cream cone while handing it to her out the window and end up hitting the car at the bottom so she got another one and did it again and that time she made it but it was very disrespectful and I was very disappointed coming from a person who likes getting food from McDonald’s I will never be going back to there ever again because my experience and this is not my first time going through this at McDonald’s this company has very disrespectful employees I thank Burger King, and Wendy’s has given us better respect and customer service at this McDonald’s location it’s only happened’s at 1:30pm to 5:00pm early in the morning it’s no problem night give us a little problems but evening just disrespectful mostly all the females McDonalds please do better with who you pick to run your business they are breaking it down have a great day or night.

Today, January 20th of this year, the young woman with dyed reddish hair, who appears to be Hispanic, seems to be having problems with racism and doesn't seem to like her job. I respect everyone's needs, but I'm paying for a service, and just as I say good morning and speak respectfully, I expect the same treatment. They should give her a course on how to work with the public and under pressure.

Thank you for your service and taking the time out to make my ice Carmel and vanilla iced coffee right!!! Definitely recommend yall to go visit Keke for a GOOD WAKE!!!

The atmosphere inside is kinda meh, the seating is mediocre too. But they do serve chocolate cones at location for only a dollar. And for extra 20cents you can get a large one. That's what I like about this place.

Can you believe this?...not only have they mess up my order multiple times before but never said something but I ask for a simple ice water case I'm thirsty and my uber says that they charge for it!...the nerve
Customer service is terrible, I was overcharged, the food was cold , there was no sauce in my bag, and I waited so long for some sauce and overall disappointed.

This McDonald’s will always park you and make you wait. It doesn’t matter if no one is in the drive thru and if inside is empty, they will park you and make you wait. It doesn’t matter if you ask for a water cup, they will park you. It doesn’t matter if you ask for napkins, they’ll park you. You could order 1 fry and they’ll park you. You’ve been warned.

I ordered my food through the mobile app. When I pulled up to the window I was asked to pull up to spot #2 and that they were waiting on fresh fries. I waited 10 minutes and they brought my food out and the fries were old and cold.
