This location service is sucks. If you come at 4am they said breakfast menu. When you come at 330 am they said system update cant sell anything. Spoke to manager and he said we are closed due corporate policy until 415 am don’t recommend this location for anytime day or night fake 24 hrs open.

I think I can count on one hand the amount of times I've been given my food on the window and not sent to a parking spot. Do they just not have any food ready? Get it together!!

Refused me service in the drive thru because i was on a bicycle (i don’t have a car) and told me i had to come inside. i have gone through the drive thru multiple times with my partner both of us on bicycles side by side and they served us no problem. I get it if it’s policy but there’s a certain tone you’re meant to have when working in customer service (i’m a server) and the guy on the headset was overly rude. There’s a nice professional way to say things to customers. I had just gotten off of work right down the street on my way home at literally 2am. i can’t lock my bike outside and i don’t want to bring it induce because it draws attention. this is not a safe area and as a woman the odds are already against me biking home so the last thing i want is someone inside the mcdonald’s noticing im alone and biking at 2am. I simply wanted some food real quick before going home with the cash i made today and i just don’t think the guy had to be so rude especially after i’ve literally already gone through the drive thru on my bike multiple times. he made me feel embarrassed of my situation and unworthy of service.

Can you guys please stop sending me to a parking spot whenI go through the drive thru please. It is ok to have a line in your drive-thru. I rather wait in a car then have to go into a spot. You literally have me in an unmarked spot they called “5”

They made us park even though no one was in line. It took way too long to bring us the food for the amount of playing around going on.
They send me to a parking spot to wait. The person is just chilling outside every time food comes out, and the cherry on top… cold soggy fries. Come on man I just want my food before I go to work. Chicken Mac was fire tho

Its the third time i place an order online in the app and when I get there they tell me they are not taking any orders anymore. Its very disrespectful staying in line and when is your turn they say they are not taking any orders anymore even with the orders already done online and paid. Really bad service and logistics, the app should be not allowed to place orders to avoid this kind of disrespectful experience for customers.

Out of all the McDonald's I have visited in this area, this is one of the better ones. I mainly use the mobile app and pick up through drive thru. The drive thru is managed well and usually has no line. Since this McDonald's is on the busier side, the food is mostly fresh and not sitting under a heat lamp. The crew is friendly and helpful.
