At the time I went for lunch (4:00pm) there were no more than 10 people, the service was fast, the food was hot and regarding cleanliness, Mrs. Carmen cleaned even the seats 10/10.

We need ordered medium french fries ? and medium hot coffee in drive through but some how at the time of delivery they forget to put cream and sugar in the coffee which i already told them at the time of placing the order. So i have to come again and told them that they forget cream and sugar and after that they give another coffee with cream and sugar and the previous one they just wasted the coffee.

The employee Tanya Williams was very nice, the first thing she did was smile when serving me and her colleague who gave me the order too. The order was perfect and the food was fresh. Wow I wish all restaurants were like this. Recommended 100%

Horrible customer service..Black girl (maybe manager)with extremely long hair not wearing a hat or hairnet came to register and just looked at me.No Hello how are you doing,nothing I told her how are you and she replied" what you want"I ordered and she never smiled she just rudely gave me my food as she was on her cell phone..All the girls Here are very rude as I saw other customers get the same treatment..I was visiting from texas and here we teach the six steps of McDonald's which are1 smile and great customer2 take order3 repeat order4 take payment5 present the order6 thank the customer and ask for repeat serviceThis McDonald's needs better trained employees in customer service..I worked at a McDonald's for 10 yrs and #1 rule is to be nice to customers..Remember if it wasn't for the customer..Then we dont need you..I definitely do not recommend this McDonald's if your in town visiting theme parks or on business as I was..

This McDonald’s needs to be checked by corporate. I will definitely be skipping this McDonald’s due to poor customer service, as well as poor quality in food.I went to pick up a mobile order along with other orders for colleagues. My colleague and I informed the drive thru staff that we were picking up multiple orders. The black woman who answered was very helpful and told us to inform the next window we had multiple orders. Upon arriving to the second window to pick up the door, the white/hispanic girl gave a really nasty side eye and her entire tone and body language changed to being visibly annoyed/was very rude after this. She forgot to give the last drink and was in a rush to get us out. When I went inside to get the last drink, people in the back were staring/failed to ask what I needed until the same white/hispanic came over and still gave an attitude.The food I got was inedible as the burger tasted charred, and the fries had black bits of char from the fryer (indicating that they likely don’t clean the fryer properly). I’ve already lodged 3 complaints to this location and will update as needed.

If I could rate the service a zero I would. I was on the phone with the manager to receive help about an order. They were very rude offering no help only saying to use the app. However, this was not possible to cancel an order. The individual started yelling acting as if I was stupid. I was severely disappointed from the treatment and the lack of management.
