Always missing items, they had me sit last time 25 minutes in the drive thru while on break from work. It wasn’t even during a busy time of day or season in the tourist area or mall across the street. Hopefully corporate can fix these issues and turn this hole around

Ask if they had a senior drink and she hand me an empty cup then I said don’t you put anything in it and she says oh no we don’t give nothing but senior coffee here. What good does that do somebody if they wanted something to drink?

The service is super slow. Employees are not organize, plus they don’t care about the hygienist of the food. They touch cellular phones, heads, hair while they are in the line cooking’s. Horrible…. Plus they gave me my fries out of the box and a dirty catchup ….

The dining room was filthy. The fries sit in the warmer and are served cold. Girl with red hair Tatiana was cursing and acting a fool for no reason. Needs new manager to fix this place.
