Today we had the pleasure of being assisted by an employee here who made our little girl happy by helping her with a princess peach Mario toy she had been looking for. Joel at the pay window was very courteous and helpful. With a great customer service and caring demeanor. This store should proud of the way he handled himself today and showed there are still good people out there. We hope you strive and succeed in your future endeavors.

They messed up my order. Yet food was good as usual when staff made things right.
Terrible service, more than 20 minutes waiting and the employees see you at the checkout and change their face, brother ordered on the touch screen after me and his food came out and I was still waiting to be served

So I walked in with a woman at the register I said hello. An was ignored the lady didn't even look at me. An I know she heard me because she tilted her head my way when I said hello. So after waiting 5 minutes I walked left of the register and asked for help. Another lady walked up I told her what happened and she apologized so I just let it go. I ordered the oreo frapa got it in a fair timing and left. I drank about half in an hr time and about 2 hrs in I started getting a killer stomach ache. And I drink a gallon of regular milk atleast every 2-3 weeks so I'm not lactose intolerant. It was after 9 p.m when I went so the place wasn't busy. But that was my first and last time going to this mcdonalds. The employee who decided to blatantly ignore me and the stomach ache from a frappe was enough to leave this review. I use to go to mcdonalds all the time. Now there quality in fries has changed and now there signature frappes are giving stomach aches. My has mcdonalds has changed ?
