Drive thru was so long, they gave me the wrong order, turns out one of the employees threw away my receipt. They asked me if I had the receipt I told them the lady didn't give me one and they rolled their eyes and shut the window. The manager then came to the window to apologize and told me they had accidently thrown my receipt out. How that's my fault is beyond me.
The food quality was not great. My soda which I assume was made ahead of time was watery because the wait time. The food was cold and that surprised me because they were so busy, you'd think we'd have hot food after waiting so long. Very disappointed.

Every time I come through the drive through they leave something off my order I ordered 10 pc chicken nugget , bubble cheese burger and a large FF it was 15.00 didn't get my FF'S this place sucks always leave something off my order im out 4.00 for my FF'S

I've lived near this mcdonalds for abaute 5 years and I've never been as surprised to have the good service they are giving to the point that it reminded me when I was a kid. Nostalgia in the best way ....great service great staff...I might. Make Mc Donald's a regular lunch if they keep going like this .....let's see... but great experience overall.

Spent 15 in line when ordering the items just to be told in the second window, the don’t sell them. Which is a lie.

This has to be the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been sitting here wasting over an HOUR of my time, stuck in the drive-thru after ordering at the speaker. Nothing moved, no communication, nothing. Finally I got so fed up I went inside, only to be told the drive-thru is “frozen” — and the way the employee said it, like “oh I’m sure it is,” made it sound like this is normal for them. That’s insane. So apparently they just abandon the drive-thru whenever they feel like it and let customers sit there clueless.
Then, when I go inside to get my food, I literally watch them just now dropping frozen fries for my order. After an HOUR of waiting, they hadn’t even started on it! And the first person I talked to didn’t even bother to help me — I had to wait behind other people placing their orders just to explain the situation. Unreal. Then they have the nerve to ask me to switch my pickup from the drive-thru to counter. NO. I’m already beyond annoyed and you want me to change my order to make your life easier after I’ve wasted an hour of mine? Absolutely not.
At this point I don’t even know why I didn’t just drive off and call corporate for a refund, except I know exactly why — McDonald’s doesn’t care about their customers. If I left, they’d either make me come back to this disaster of a location for a refund, or force me to fight with my credit card company just to get my money back. This place is a joke. Completely unprofessional, slow, rude, and zero effort to fix a situation they caused.
Avoid this location at all costs. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Om 8/13 I pull up thru drivee thru to pay for my order. I gave young lady cash and instead of giving my change back she spends time RIGHT IN FRONT of me looking at her personal text and the responding to a text and then she gave my change back!!!

Driver service is lousy with poor organization, responsibility and empathy.
There are problems with the organization of a single dependent for the whole room, so it is impossible for everything to go on time and Reyne. Inefficiency.
They should improve. This service.

7am Aug 11, 2025 I ordered 2 breakfast burritos meal, including medium OJ. I asked for ketchup they gave me 1 packet. The burritos were half full and cold. The hash brown was barely warm. The OJ was watery. The worst McDonald's ever. No wonder McDonald's is losing customers. $10 for a lousy breakfast!

Friendly great staff plus nice choice of music. Nothing like safe Christian music out in public where I don't have to be concerned what my kids will hear that they shouldn't. Thank you guys!

Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to🩷
Explain to me why every time I go there between 3:00 and 4:00 a.m. at this 24-hour McDonald's they always have some excuse of why they can't take an order. This latest one was we're starting to prepare for breakfast it was 3:30 they don't start serving breakfast till 5:00. If I was the owner of this branch of McDonald's I would look into this because they are costing you money

Typical great McDs food, especially at 0615 in the morning, but, one morning, of 3 that I stopped here on my hour n half commute, I ordered a McGriddle thru the drive thru, saw I had my order, drove away, got to the light, but into it, and low and behold, it was a Wish Griddle!! I wish it had a sausage McGriddle like I ordered. Anyways, I made the u turn went back thru the drive thru and was given another one(this time I checked)🤣
