I applied for this job and the interview that was set for was at 4:15 pm, but when I went the manager wasn’t there and she’s only there in the morning. Who the hell schedules an interview for a time they aren’t going to be there???

Went to mcdonalds and the service from the manager herself was so sad. The spanish manager with the blonde and dark brown hair and had pink nails . She speaks spanish and english. She gave us our order and when She gave us our mcflurry She gave us half a cup. When we told her she said the cup doesn't come full we told her its not half a cup either ... Seemed like you would get 3 spoonsfuls and done. She then took the mcflurry back and gave it back THE SAME WAY. Then there was an africsn american girl there her worker and she spoke to her rudely when the girl asked if the happy meal belonged to us. We told her no it doesn't and the manager rudely told her its the other guys GIVE IT TO HIM!!!! That girl us human just like herself and she shouldn't be talking rudely to anyone. Not only was she rude to us the custoemrs but also to her own employee. If her issue is people then she shouldn't be working there. She needs to stop and learn to talk to people the right way. The humane way. If its that she's short of staff guess what that's not anyone's problem. You chose that job and that position which is having to deal with people so learn to be nice and not rude. If not look for an office job IN a cubicle where no one has to see your face. Would i recommend this place to people not at all. Its workers like this that make you lose business. Sadly.

This is the worst McDonald's on the planet. Waited 20 minutes for a dine in order around 9pm. Wasn't busy at all, but the staff here is very slow. Everyone is too busy with their headphone music to pay any attention to guests waiting. One kid wasn't even in uniform, just wearing a hoodie. Not sure anyone around here is in charge either, just very ineffective and inefficient.

The manager was very cold. I asked for a sauce, and after my 4th attempt to get him to acknowledge my request, he told me they were 20 cents each. Had curbside pickup but was tired of waiting, so I went in and just got it myself. It wasn't packed at all to the point of being too busy to bring it out. I won't be going here again. To many choices for bad service.
I dont really leave reviews for McDonald's but Jesus Christ this was the freshest filet of fish I ever have shoutout to the team

I came to this location three times as it was near the convention center averaging around $37 a visit. First visit, no toilet paper in the mens restroom. Third visit, I walked in and slipped across the greasy just mopped floor - there was NO sign at the main entrance closest to the parking lot. I am pretty balanced and was able to not crash to the floor. After ordering 2 meals and speciality coffees for dine in and 3 meals + 3 iced coffees to go, I spotted a small a-frame sign at the second entrance that is at the end of the drive thru line. Somebody needs to use degreaser on the floors or a steam mop. All you are doing is spreading oils and grease on the ground and setting yourself up for a major lawsuit. Ps - what is the point of kiosks if the software does not work so that you can pay. You end up having to order at the counter and then get stuck in line.

The morning manager has no communication skills or customer service skills. When I asked about my 2 sandwiches, he was rude for me just asking after waiting 10 minutes. Then made them wrong. They literally only come with sausage. Absolute joke of a crew. I go there 3 times a week and order the same thing. Hire people who care maybe a little bit. 1/10
