I ordered a breakfast #2 add regular bacon. You would think the staff know how to do this but they don't. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and only got bacon. I never said "sub" the bacon I ordered it as "add". Not going back through to get it right.

I don't know why but the McDonald's in this area or just not very friendly, I guess it just depends on the time of day that you go there and who is working because I've been there in the mornings and they seem friendly. I went there in the afternoon and they just no smiles. No hey how are you etc.so I guess it just depends that's why I gave them actually 3 1/2 stars, and I really love the double cheeseburger with bacon and jalapeños

I want to recognize an employee for her hard work. I was at the Orlando airport location today and manager Sandra was working very hard to make sure everything was running smoothly and people were getting their orders filled quickly. She had a smile on her face and was greeting each customer. It was very refreshing during a stressful travel day with two little ones.

This was terrible. It was the first day of having the squish mellow on the happy meal. None. They even have it on the box of the possible ones you could get. The coke and sprite were also very bland and water downed. It also says no sauce but they never asked what sauce we could have with our food. Plus they ran out of apple slices and the lady who took my order could not hear me when I repeated it several times. Apparently they only have extra small of the drinks. It would've helped to tell us what they don't have when we order it.

great service, very quick and easy. line was so much shorter compared to everything else around it. the manager, i assume, was moving the pick up area along very smoothly and my fish fillet was great :)

Always clean and quick! The sausages, pancakes, and the McMuffin was good! They even got their order right. Best McDonald's Store you can ever go to.
There was this lady ACHLEY when i asked for drinks without ice she made weird faces and wasn’t even interested in serving. The cashier was generous enough to help and give me another drink without ice. Food was served hot and fresh but the behavior of this worker named achley was not welcoming at all especially for hungry airport travelers having layovers of hours.

One of the smoothest McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had, let alone at a busy airport. Friendly staff, hot food and quick service. Busy day at the airport headed home from vacation and this McDonald’s was a well oiled machine for hungry airport travelers.
