Last time I went they forgot my hashbrowns and then I went today (Monday 8th) at night after putting in an online order for a random craving, drove there to be told that they’re not fulfilling my order, which I had already paid for. If you’re not accepting orders because you’re cleaning the restaurant, why did you take my order and online payment? Desable things online. Super unreliable and annoying. I’d love to have somebody contact me to discuss this further

3 stars only… Went on July 16 around 2pm to order a $5 dollar meal and chicken meals, i waited like 30 minutes for just getting these orders, i was inside the store and I was just getting ignored by the employees. They took so long and finally got the food, at least it was fresh…

I went yesterday at night (10pm Aug 9) and it was extremely busy, but i didn’t mind waiting. I ordered my food first on the drive thru but seeing the long line i decided to come inside, and it wasn’t any different… my order took so long and all i got was cold fries and the rest of the food was cold… I still ended up eating it because I was really hungry after a long exhausting day at work. They should be more faster and make the food more fresh… I am a mcdonald’s loyal customer and it was disappointing today… hope it goes better

I have been to this Mc Donald’s many times, we usually go through the drive thru and many times the employees are very nice. I have gotten good fries, Big Mac, quarter pounder, etc. I don’t like Mc Donald’s breakfast much but I think that comes to down to personal preference. I have had their breakfast before and it’s okay but yesterday…my boyfriend found hair in his sausage egg and cheese biscuit (I forgot to take a photo) which is where I draw the line. Once again, I never found this mc Donald’s inherently bad but that just grossed me out. We also accidentally got two free breakfasts which, I’m not complaining but they seem disorganized.

What a surprise No ice cream!!!! Maybe they could clean the place a little
Tonight I ordered 40 nuggets and recieved 20..... It is truly unbelievable that every time I get a take out or something delivered from here I always get only half of my order. Employee's at this location cannot get order right even when we dine in, but when dining in order does get corrected. Very poor quality of service.

I ordered a fish sandwich cooked to order. I waited over 15 minutes for them to bring me a sandwich that was dropped in oil twice, full of grease. The fries were cold. I trashed the order.
