Mcdonalds food is amazing the FRIES!!! Nuggets its good could be a lil better but its good the burgers its decent tthe MCFLURRY!!!!!! Is amazing the food amazing. The food is amazing yes but the service is not really the best we stay in the drive thru lane for like 30 mins just to get our food then they tell us to wait in the parking lot numbers just to wait for like another 30 mins so basically im wating for mcdonalds for an hour . Dont get me started on the WIFI everytime im trying to get a code for rewards on my meal it takes like the whole day to get into to the app i cant even use my reward points if i get mcdonalds wifi the food amazing the service pretty slow the atmosphere we dont talk about the wifi. But in general MCDONALDS IN BUSSSSINNNNNN

Today is the last straw. I'm done with this terrible store. I consistently get my orders wrong. I understand I'm supposed to check my order. But Jesus. The moment I trust those employees is the moment I should not have. Missing items, wrong items. Service is too long when ordering online. It never fails. 2-5 min is the minimum. I waited for 16 min. Plus, I had to come in to get it. The order is sitting on the table! This staff is severely under trained. I'm expected to do my job correctly. It should be the same with these kids. Done!

I stopped eating here because, as we all know, the food isn’t the best to begin with. On top of that, I’m honestly tired of having to drive back after realizing my order is incomplete. And this isn’t just an issue with this location, it seems like all locations operate the same way. At least half the time, the order is either wrong or missing items. It’s ridiculous. You literally have to check the bag on the spot to make sure you received everything you paid for. That’s exactly why I rarely eat here anymore.

Working night shift at the hospitals down the road and it really helps when there is no notice on the app that the location is closed which wastes 20 minutes of a 30 minute break to drive to and from. Love it.

After waiting 10 mins for the drivethrough order. The chicken strips were so over cooked my kids couldn't bite through them. My dog is now using them as a teething bone

This is the worst McDonald’s in the whole country. They never get your order right and they have the slowest drive thru in the whole world. Once you go through the drive, they make you park in a parking stall and wait 30 minutes to an hour for your food. Most of the cars in the parking lot are waiting on their drive-through food. They’re fooling corporate on their drive-through time, but this place is the worst McDonald’s.

Please choose an alternate McDonalds. Avoid this one at all costs. I have been here a couple of times within the last few months. Tonight will be my last visit here. Each and every time… you will order at the drive thru (mobile pick up) and you will be asked to wait in one of the numbered spaces regardless of what you order. You will wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour for your food. When you finally receive it, there will be something missing AND the food will be cold. It’s not worth the frustration and it’s most certainly a management issue. The young kids that work there don’t care. But neither does the manager because he woukd have fixed this months ago.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They aren’t going to change. Plenty of other options on Narcoossee.
