I would give negative stars if it was an option! ? Save your time and money and go to a different location. Complete waste of money!! My order was a Bacon quarter pounder and McCrispy. Asked for only cheese and ketchup on the quarter pounder. Get the order and both meals were completely cold! Quarter pounder had no bacon and the McCrispy was just terrible. Tried to take a bite and the chicken pulled apart in strips. Fries were not only cold but old like they had been sitting there for an hour. When I ordered I used a code from the app. Get to the window to pay and wasn't told the price just charged. When I looked at the receipt I was charged full price! Check the app and received the points for using the code! ? How did I earn points without getting the discount??? Will never visit this location again.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to .Employee are beyond rude && they always get my order wrong . This time they gave me an uncooked chicken sandwich which is totally unacceptable when I went to go get another one they told me they could not replace it because their breakfast period was over . Every time I come to this McDonald’s it’s a problem with my service !!! If I could rate this McDonald’s a zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!!

Cynthia, a supervisor at this location provided the worst service ever provided at a McDonald's. I have lived in NY, PA, CALI, PR and now FL and unfortunately will not visit this McDonald's (independently owned) again, but will make sure that my over social media 20k followers here about my worst experience at this McDonald's.Oh, for those that have kids, do not bring them here for a happy meal, apparently they always run out of the toys that they use to lure your kids with because some employees are making reservations and are selling the toys and displays as they please as per Cynthia...If you ask for a Store Manager or owner Cynthia will refuse to provide and additionally the owner picture isn't anywhere throughout the store.Lastly, I encourage people to stop paying or wasting your money when service continues to be less than 5 stars, when you choose to pay for a meal that costs as much as a non fast food restaurant but get less than a one star in terms of customer service, you allow for these individuals such as Cynthia to train, lead, be responsible for your food but also service you with the attitude she always has.This is NOT A FAMILY MCDONALD'S, SAVE YOURSELF FROM A HEADACHE AND A SAD CHILD OR FEW SAD CHILDREN. Go to a corporate McDonald's instead where they still value your visit and is worth spending at.P.S. I wrote corporate but they said sorry and it was up to the store owner how things function there due to being locally owned franchise.

Went here to have a quick bite. Hate the automated machines. So I waited for somebody at the cash register. To take my order. It look like they were annoyed but oh well. I'm an older person and don't like using machines. Besides the machine doesn't take cash. It's McDonald's it's not a high-end restaurant. You get what you pay for. Thanks for viewing my post.

It's a McDonald's, so it isn't swanky, but this one is clean and the food was hot. We bought McRibs and loved them. They serve you at your table and the wait is reasonable. I will go back to this one!!Parking: ADA spots are close to the entry.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out with ramps.

I went there at 3:30 and was told that they were “ closed” for breakfast and I went away and saw them all just standing and talking and I look it up and they don’t close till 4. I will be calling about this bc I just wanted some food. I told them I saw u guys standing around and she tried to act like a robot was speaking to me to make me think they were actually closed. If you’re just standing around why are you guys even there. Pretty sure they cleaned up and everything and just didn’t want to take more orders. Terrible experience and I’ll be calling whoever I can about this. There’s no reason to stand around talking with friends and telling customers that ur closed when ur not. She also lied and said this location closes at 3:30 for breakfast and I look it up and no they don’t. I asked what takes an hour and 30 minutes to prepare for and she didn’t want to answer me. Terrible just terrible so now I have to go out of my way to another location to get my food!
