The burger maker put the whole bottle of mac sauce on my big mac then didn't even put napkins in the bag to clean up after. No straw in the bag and half filled frys.

Online it says that they’re open 24h on fridays and saturdays, they are not. there are people in the store but the drive through lights are off.

I'm not sure what's going on with all McDonald's lately. They seem to ignore customers at the counter. Every single one does this. Today they forgot a darn spoon for the mcflurry which is weird because that's what they use to mix it. So I went inside to get it and every person who walked by literally made eye contact but kept on going. No one even asked if I needed any help I stood there for 10 minutes just waiting. I eventually had to yell and get someone's attention or I'd be there all day/night.
Got order mixed up, when it was finally ready,one hit,one

Idk why every time I go to a McDonald's in Miami, the people working there are extra slow. I ordered coffee with cream and suga. I asked them to put it in, not only didn't they put it in, but they didn't even give me any. I asked the kid when he gave it to me at the drive-through if they added the cream and sugar, he said yes, only to drive away get 10 blocks, take a sip, and realize it was black. Then I had to go all the way back. This is common, not to mention hardly anyone speaks English.
