At 10pm this Mc Donalds is significantly understaffed, long very, very slow line in drive through. I even saw some customers pull out of the line and leave.Ordered a snack wrap meal, a ranch and a hot honey plus two milk shakes. After leaving discovered that the second snack wrap was also hot honey, the person with me does NOT eat spicy food thus the snack wrap was disposed of, overworked staff(and underpaid), messed up the order despite it being correct prior to payment.

only gave a 1 star because I had to. just about every time I have been there they either don't have something or machine not working. but today 8 am there were NO thawed out muffins for egg McMuffin. one of your best sellers. how do you stay in business. someone needs to be fired. NEVER AGAIN!

He refused to take your order if you walk inside the large screen computers to order. They said they have senior discount on line, when I went in and they said they didn't.

Drive through person in the morning shift for 6am does not suggestive sell anything and always when you are trying to ord we r ask is that all. The second window person early in the morning when giving your food never repeats the ticket nor say good morning nothing.

Okay, make a note to self. Horrible to say the least. We stopped going to this McDonald’s over 3 years ago. Decided to stop in and get A couple quarter pounders, fish sandwich. It’s disgusting to open the bag and begin to look at the sandwiches. A dab of tartar sauce and a fish sandwich which apparently has been reduced to a sliver of fish. We’re done McDonald’s other than their fries they suck will not be putting any more money into this franchise. Ask for fresh just hoping for a decent meal. So disappointed ☹️

First, they messed up the order even though I repeated it several times. Then they asked me to wait in pick up spot 1, pull around and some one is already in spot 1. I finally got tired of waiting and so went in, my food was sitting on the counter getting cold because no one had time to take out to me. They charged me $.40 for extra tarter sauce on the fish sandwich and I get home to find a spot of tarter sauce about the size of a dime. I stopped going to McDonald's years ago because the food wasn't that good and the service was worse...guess nothings changed...

At this point when it comes to the quality of food this 3 star will never change. Overall stars either a 4 or 2 will rely on the difference within the staff, environment and if the ice cream machine works. This location is among the best, even when busy you can feel the teamwork and momentum just by standing inside. Very clean and the staff comes out to make sure your enjoying your ice cream.

Slow service and poorly prepared food.
Edit: We understand this is a franchise fast food establishment, so have had patience over the years to little avail. Seems unless you visit at the right time of day and day of week, it's useless. For a while the breakfast orders were hit or miss. Namely things missing from the order, or, again, poorly prepared food. The quality of food and service suggests they're too busy or lazy to care (latter assumed given the second drive thru lane was closed for weekend breakfast time). Last order, last weekend, was the worst by far. Sat in the pickup preordered section for about 10-15 after ordering 10 min prior online and still was missing items from the order. Then sat through the drive thru for another 20-25 min only to restate the missing order at the window again. I did get the missing order quickly, but judging staff attitude and service quality, this restaurant seems very, very poorly managed if at all. We'll be going to the other closest location moving forward. That's maybe the best thing about McDonald's, one on every corner, so we have the liberty to choose those with any acknowledgement of customer service and food quality.

Rude workers most of them have attitude, food takes literally 20 mins never been to a McDonald’s that’s not fast. If you can avoid going here for sure do it.
