The fries and nuggets were cooked good. But the burger was Horrible! Meat was overcooked and hard, cheese was hard. Not worth $3.50. If I didn't have an appointment I was running to, I would have turned around & got it fixed. Also if you order a "cheeseburger" why in the world should the worker ask "you want cheese on that"???!!!! That's what a Cheeseburger has on it!!!

Drone Training School
After a long Drone Training School session, there's nothing like a good frappe. If you're on Curry Ford Rd employees are very friendly and welcoming the restaurant looks nice and clean has very good parking space, since we have a mini his it works great for us!

Placed order at kiosk and waited for my order. After awhile I ask an employee to check the status of my order. They couldn't find it up on the board. They looked it up on the register and after a bit of searching they found it. They then started to work on my order and when I finally got my order I had waited a total of an hour! Needless to say when I got home I of course was missing an item and everything was thrown in the bag and was a greasy mess. Bag was soaked of grease as well! While I waited for my food several people asked for a refund because they got tired of waiting and several people who walked in and waited awhile to place order got tired of waiting and left. This is unacceptable service coming from any business. The lobby was crowded with customers as well as the drive through but the employees went about their business with no sense of urgency! I thought Burger King was slow but this McDonald's took slow to a whole other level...?

It takes about 5 to 8 minutes to get your order taken in the drive-thru and about another 15 to 20 minutes to receive your food in the early mornings. When I got to work and opened my bag, I realized that my food was wrong. So I went back and went thru the drive thru again and waited another 10 minutes just to get to the window and told them it was the wrong order. They took the sandwich, switched it out, and I pulled off. I checked it just to make sure it's right and again it was wrong. I parked and walked inside and told them it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a sandwich hashbrown and drink at 5:45am. We as people stop at fast food because it is supposed to be fast before we go to work. I suppose to clock in at 6 am in the morning, I get to the drive thru at McDonald's 5:43am I don't get my food till after 6am. Then, on top of that, I get to work the food is wrong, so I had to go back and go thru it again. This is ridiculous. So, to make sure it was just a bad morning for them. I went another day to see if any changes were made, and I had my hopes too high. I pull up at 4:48am. It takes about 7 minutes for my order to be taken, but I didn't order anything I wanted to go leave cause I knew I would be late. Sure enough, there are 3 cars in front of me, and I couldn't do anything but sit there until the 3 cars get their food, and it took over 15 minutes again. Worst McDonald's in history that I have ever been to. Worst McDonald's in the history of McDonald's. If you go to this McDonald's be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your food from start to finish. It's so frustrating.

Sweet tea had coffee grounds in it . Burger the week before was torn in half and looked like it had been scraped of grease with a knife. It tasted nasty and the fries were greasey.
