Who decides to clean the coffee making machine at 7AM on a MONDAY morning? I got up extra early just so I could get some breakfast and a coffee before going to work, after getting 3 hours of sleep and having to work a 16-hour day today. The Mcmuffin sandwiches I got were lukewarm and rubbery. I ordered a frappe on the app and the manager told me that they clean the Frappuccino machines on Monday morning. Smart. Great idea guys. Monday morning is definitely a prime time to be cleaning the coffee maker.

My experience was bad, I make the order by the drive through I wait more than 20 minutes outside my food never arrive, I came inside and spoke with the manager “David” he don’t give me the best service let me said, also my food wasn’t even ready, he treated me like a kid, enough I don’t want to talk about this anymore. Bad service.

This is one of the better Micky D's in Central Florida. Always slamming at lunchtime yet still efficient. Huge shout out to Daunte. I have watched him handle seriously rude people with the utmost professionalism.

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes with no response, had to get people to move their cars so I could get out. Went inside to get my order, not a single employee spoke english and it still took a super long time to get my VERY SIMPLE two cheeseburgers order. Absolute mess.

flavorless soda water because they were out of syrup. EVEN when I asked for a replacement still flavorless brown soda water. Cold undercooked fries. And NO SAUCE FOR A TWENTY PIECE ?? smashed burgers too. I litterally cant make it up. If you can mess it up, guaranteed they did. The entire crew working tonight clearly didnt care at all.
