Overall, the experience was not unpleasant, as it was a McDonald's. Although the beverage dispenser was initially out of order, the staff promptly resolved the issue.
Most beautiful McDonald’s ever!! Beautiful, Sustainable architectural design with newer technologies.
The woman’s washrooms did not have any soap and after informing the employees they were not able to fix it. The employees were really accommodating but unfortunately, the soap dispensers were nonfunctional.
On Sunday, October 20th I came down with horrible food poisoning shortly after eating here for lunch. I had a Big Mac, fries and a coke

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received from Yara C., the manager at the McDonald’s on 10701 Narcoossee rd. As a senior citizen, I was shocked and intimidated by her rude and unprofessional behavior. I have lived in Lake Nona for 20 years and have never encountered someone with such a poor attitude in a managerial position.
It is unacceptable for anyone to be treated the way Yara treated me, and I can't imagine she would want her own parents to be treated this way. As a former supervisor in a production business, I would not consider Yara an asset to any team. Her behavior and body language were beyond disrespectful, with a response of “I’m an expensive one”,
Not sure how expensive working at a McDonald’s or what she was referring to.
I strongly urge corporate to take immediate action regarding her conduct. McDonald’s should hold its managers to a higher standard, and this experience was far from what I expect from a business that I have supported for many years.

My wife and I ordered 4 things , all of them were wrong this place sucks ! all we ordered was 2 half lemonade half sweet tea and both of them were made incorrectly both taste like pure water and two medium fries both soggy and not fresh at all.

terrible service, there is a worker who is super bad people, I think her name is Cecilia, I was talking with my friends about an intimate topic, and the lady got into our topic of conversation saying that we couldn't talk about it because there alone DECENT people were there and we couldn't talk about those things there, apart from the fact that he disrespected us, he interfered with our conversation, there were no children around us, there were only adults and what we were talking about is nothing that they don't know

Worst McDonald's experience ever. I’m appalled by the level of professionalism from the night manager here. She is a young manager who clearly lacks customer service skills. After explaining the situation, she neither apologized nor offered any resolution. The employee responsible for delivering the food to my vehicle repeatedly gave my order to the people next to me, not once but twice. I watched the people take my order smiling, telling their kids to shh because they’re getting a free meal. When I asked the worker/ runner about my order, he claimed, “I speak no English.” I went back to the drive-through and spoke to the manager about the issue. She seemed indifferent and unremorseful, offering no apology or explanation. When I jokingly suggested that I should receive a free item like an apple pie for the inconvenience, she responded with confusion and reluctance. After reiterating my concerns, she eventually handed me the item and walked away. When I asked if she was new, as this was not how you should treat customers, she responded curtly, saying, “What do you want? I gave you something. What else do you want?” It would have been acceptable to receive a simple apology or an acknowledgment of the mistake. The worst part is that she even acknowledged the runner gave my order away a few times. If she knew this, why was it so difficult to rectify the problem, admit the mistakes, and apologize? Instead, I was met with a poor attitude and a lack of customer service skills. She is a poor representation of the company, and I do not understand how she became the manager here.

I don't know what they're doing to these nuggets but they look burnt and super skinny ? and they always have you waiting in their parking

The food is low in quality, and the prices are more expensive. You can no longer self-serve sodas, and they no longer have condiments on hand (ketchup, salt, napkins), everything has to be asked from the cashiers. I don't recommend the place.
