This place sucks. Why do you pull everyone up and park them. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits.. you really that slow you can't make 2 sandwiches???

Why is this Mcdonalds open 24hrs but you get no service after midnight?. I called and they told me it was closed and hung up..horrible customer service.

While they’re supposed to close their doors at 2 a.m., they closed at 12 instead and were still taking counter orders in the system. After waiting 30 minutes, they told me at the window that there was no such order and then started laughing as I drove away. I’m never ordering from McDonald’s again. Also i cant cancel the order from app my money burned too

Do not eat at this filthy place. Today I was there and while waiting for our food I went to restroom. An employee was in a stall, flushed toilet and didn't have the desire to keep others from getting sick. Walked right passed the sink and didn't wash hands. I was right behind him and he immediately went out and handled food. I went straight to register to ask for my money back. The manager called me a liar to my face saying he washed his hands. She then said I wasn't calm enough for a refund after I told a few others in line what happened. She was upset and tried to control me while discounting me 100%. Neither of these people need to be remotely close to handling food. DISGUSTING!

Mcdonald's Owner that replied. I already called for a refund and waitimg on you to make the call back to me. Crazy to have to go through this for a refund because I refused to feed my child food that could potentially cause food poisoning.

The manager lady in the morning is nice, but at night time this place routinely closes the lobby hours early despite the sign saying 2am. You order on the app, to pickup at counter and both doors are locked, then you have to go through the drive thru.

Hello, I’m a regular customer. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for about five months now.
I usually visit almost twice a week since I moved to Lake Nona, and I can say the food is delicious — but the customer service is absolutely terrible.

During the night shift, the staff is always rude. They often give me incomplete orders, and when I check and point it out, they hand me the missing items in a very unpleasant way. It’s really disappointing that a place with such good food has such poor service. It would be great if that part could be improved.

It is unfortunate that a place with such good food has such poor customer service. I hope management can take action to improve this situation, as I genuinely enjoy your food and would like to continue being a loyal customer

It's surprising how quickly the quality has gone down at this specific location. I understand McDonald's is supposed to be a quick grab and go restaurant and that the main people working in the back are most likely students, but you have to draw a line somewhere. Packed or not packed, the quality of service is just awful. You will wait a while for your food and expect something to be wrong or missing. When you ask for them to fix it, they only do it like they're doing you a favor. I only expect the bare minimum of behavior and yet I'm still disappointed somehow. I'm not sure who's running this McDonald's or who is doing quality control, but they're doing a terrible job. And the craziest part is that I'm not the only one with a complaint, and yet nothing is done.

Absolute HORRIBLE service and attitude from their own MANAGER Allison. Charging my card without notifying me or asking for my authorization and swiping for more food items a second time that we already ordered the first time that they misplaced. We had to go back around the drive thru for her to walk away from me in the middle of a civil conversion. They should be ashamed that they have a child of a manger representing them and then LYING to their customers. She asked for my card, and swiped without my authorization to then gaslight me saying she told me she was charging me. I work in hospitality myself and I have never encountered such rude service. Save the trip and go to a different location. Corporate needs to get involved immediately.

Placed a mobile order 10+ min before arriving to this location. No other customers were at the store at the time but regardless when we pulled up to drive thru we were told to wait and sat there for around 3 minutes before someone finally spoke to us. We pull up to the window to receive our food and had to wait about 5 minutes before our food was even brought out. What’s the point of ordering ahead if we’re forced to wait almost 15 minutes for our food?? The staff also seemed to be in no rush either despite there being NO other customers at the time.

Find it odd that they have sign up that says they can’t serve food because of a water supply issue from 8pm to 6am, but they had 3 employees inside the building at 2:30 am on 10/16/25.

Went to grab a quick bite at around 1230am. 4 cars were waiting for a while.. I gave up and drove around to see if anyone was at the windows. There was not. Drove up to the second window and there was a sign saying they were closed. Why not put that where people go to order? Now you have a bunch of people waiting who have no idea it’s closed. Do better.

At 130 pm on October 14 i ordered fries on the app and the app messed my order ( which is fine these things happen) and as I go in to discuss it a black female manager had an attitude from the beginning! I simply showed the email that I paid and it came out of my acct and the way she was treating me was like I was trying to steal something. On top of that she never smiled or showed any kind of emotion except anger towards me at all. Me being from Philly I thought we were past the whole attitude worker at the fast food place…especially at lake Nona!! WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!!! AND I PARK MY ORANGE COUNTY SCHOOL BUS IN THAT PARKING LOT EVERY MORNING!!!!

I was told to pull into drive thru spot 1 and i did. the other order was brought out aft 10 minutes. i told valentina that my order wasn’t brought she said she was going to check. 15 minutes went by and i had to take all my kids(4) inside and ask about my order.i had to wake my newborn twins which is very upsetting because i chose the drive thru for a reason. when i went in she was making other orders and the lady said that valentina didn’t ask her about another order. horrible service and communication.
