Edit: McDonald's, in response to your reply - I did send a message through that portal prior to leaving a review, and have not received a response. I also called the store various times as soon as I got home and realized the error and let the phone ring for minutes before hanging up and calling again.

I'm done with this location! I ordered myself a meal, and my kids a deluxe mccrispy meal and a spicy mccrispy deluxe meal, I was missing the deluxe mccrispy and they gave me a hot and spicy mcchicken, insteady of a spicy mccrispy deluxe. Of course I didn't notice until I got home. I should have checked the bag, especially since the girl, although sweet, forgot 2 of my drinks, but I was annoyed after waiting so long (over 15 minutes) that I just left and didn't realize the order was wrong and missing an item until I got home and gave the kids their food. Lesson learned, won't be going back to this location anymore.

Had breakfast there because my daughter insisted. We had the sausage egg and cheese mc griddle. They are pretty good. Service is average. Prices for breakfast are cheaper than their lunch menu. Overall it's an above average McDonald's.

If you come around 2:30pm til midnight your order will be wrong so check your bag at the window. Whoever is on back cash register needs to be moved. It’s a daily occurrence that my order will be completely wrong even after spending 20 min ordering 1 meal and repeating myself over and over a million times. The morning person is great. Also they never answer the phone and have horrible customer service. I come almost daily and get a hamburger patty plain. Why is it that your workers don’t know how to ring that up correctly. And why is it so hard to make a hamburger patty plain? This is an everyday problem with this McDonald’s. The McDonald’s on goldenrod doesn’t mess up simple things.

The worst McDonald's in the area. Went through the drive through, they gave me the wrong order and when went inside to get the correct order it was like I was bothering them. No apologies for the mistake or anything....I will not go back to this place again.

Night time Drive thru is still horrible. It looks like they are empty, then have you sit at one of the curbside pickup spots for over 10min. No explanation. I came here because it wasn’t busy, there was only one other car when I got in line.

The fries aren’t even filled. What is this.

Nice people quick to serve. Good at keeping cool heads and dealing with crappy customers. Quick to fix.
Staff can be nice and fast or rude and slow depending on when you come in and who's on shift. Generally a bit slow. Haven't had an order messed up yet. Good to delivery drivers will give a card to punch to get a free item after 7 deliveries.

McDonald's has gone downhill. It is no longer fast and stressless food. Prepared to be stuck in a line for 20 minutes and the food to be either mid at best or the wrong order. Not to mention the prices have all gone up

If I could give a zero I would, the GM at the store I think her name is Hilda is disrespectful and treats her employees like complete trash witnessed on multiple occasions screaming at the young employees in their face. The food is always cold and old. No customer service skills open window a shut nothing said no good morning or have a nice day even if you say it first. Owners should be embarrassed.
