I'm not sure why there are pictures of a playground, because there is NOT a play area here. Drove twenty minutes out of my way to come here, and left to go to Chick Fil A.

My experience here was utterly repulsive, we walk in, the store smells bad, there was a pile of trash on top of the can because they didn’t take it out, and our table was dirty, I had to ask someone to clean it, and I was met with attitude. we order our food, 2 20pc nuggets with fries and drinks, the nuggets were under cooked for both orders, we asked for them to cook more for us and the nuggets were somehow were more raw this time around. We ended up throwing the food away and leaving, terrible experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS, Because of this experience, I will not be visiting any McDonald’s for a very long time, I’m highly disappointed when the options were McDonald’s tonight or Burger King.

My family and I went through the drive through yesterday on our way to the playground. The young lady on the headset was so kind pleasant and respectful we had to give a compliment to the manager. If I had cash I would tip. I would drive out of my way for this location. The entire team deserves recognition thank you for making our day batter in the most easiest way. Edit: McDonald's, in response to your reply - I did send a message through that portal prior to leaving a review, and have not received a response. I also called the store various times as soon as I got home and realized the error and let the phone ring for minutes before hanging up and calling again.
I'm done with this location! I ordered myself a meal, and my kids a deluxe mccrispy meal and a spicy mccrispy deluxe meal, I was missing the deluxe mccrispy and they gave me a hot and spicy mcchicken, insteady of a spicy mccrispy deluxe. Of course I didn't notice until I got home. I should have checked the bag, especially since the girl, although sweet, forgot 2 of my drinks, but I was annoyed after waiting so long (over 15 minutes) that I just left and didn't realize the order was wrong and missing an item until I got home and gave the kids their food. Lesson learned, won't be going back to this location anymore.

Had breakfast there because my daughter insisted. We had the sausage egg and cheese mc griddle. They are pretty good. Service is average. Prices for breakfast are cheaper than their lunch menu. Overall it's an above average McDonald's.

If you come around 2:30pm til midnight your order will be wrong so check your bag at the window. Whoever is on back cash register needs to be moved. It’s a daily occurrence that my order will be completely wrong even after spending 20 min ordering 1 meal and repeating myself over and over a million times. The morning person is great. Also they never answer the phone and have horrible customer service. I come almost daily and get a hamburger patty plain. Why is it that your workers don’t know how to ring that up correctly. And why is it so hard to make a hamburger patty plain? This is an everyday problem with this McDonald’s. The McDonald’s on goldenrod doesn’t mess up simple things.
