I don't usually leave a bad review, but this was just like they didn't like me. Sheesh, I got a $5 bag + medium fries. I expected the low quality going in because it's McDonald's, but I really just wanted the burger. My order was somehow lost between the payment and the pick-up window. I was directed to a space to then wait more than 10 minutes for food that was cold ( nuggets were cold, not even slightly warm. The burger tasted odd. I ate a lot of it despite this, and I regret it. I did get some hot fries, but not all. I wish I had not waited so long for this, and I am disappointed. I'm also scared I will get sick. 🫢😔 Do better, please.

Adrianne was Amazing! My hubby and I came by for some late night snacks and she greeted us with an amazing attitude and positivity. Our food was nice and fresh and shake was great even when ordering through the app!

I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but they always mess up my order consistently. Never any sauces requested, rude service any time of the week, constantly trying to request my right sandwiches, etc. I’d rather drive further to get a better experience.

I’m not sure what her name is but the Spanish lady the manager at this location it’s amazing!! Ran the whole restaurant almost by her self in every single station!! You don’t see people that really care about doing a good job and watching her go is just awesome! Shoutout to her!! GREAT JOB !!

Worst drive through ever. Every time we go through it there is an issue and huge delay. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Go to the Dunkin Donuts across the street!
Edit. 2 years later I tried it again. Let's face it, the sausage biscuits are on point. Same thing. Drive through takes forever. They have the Chic Fila concept for their drive through but not the speed or skill to execute it.

I order a coke zero. Guy at the payment window rung it up as a diet. I told the guy he rung it up wrong and said that they would fix it at the pick up window. I go to the pick up window and they say they don't have any coke zero.
Get this kid off of the mic if he's just gonna lie to people. I would have just order something else if I knew they were out.

Every time I have been to this location in the morning the macchiato machine isn't working and the frappe machine isn't working. I'm not sure about any other time during the day, but wouldn't it make sense to have the coffee machines running in the AM?
