i'm speechless. this afternoon i decided i wanted to splurge on 2 mcchickens a cookie and a large coke, to celebrate the 5th anniversary of my vasectomy. With ambition to get my needs satisfied, i walked into the restaurant and that's where everything changed for the worst. i walked in and the excruciating smell of burnt fish fil a hit me like the titanic hit the iceberg. I decided this wouldn't be a deal breaker and decided to keep on going, not even 10 feet later i was hit with a mop by an employee mopping the establishment, after almost falling into the mop bucket i finally reached the cash register. where i was greeted by a lovely charming man named adam, who was the only positive of my experience. he took my order with such pride and delight i almost got down on one knee and asked for his hand in marriage. After Lovely adam took my order I waited off on the side waiting for my food, which took almost 23 minutes! Adam offered me a second cookie for the trouble, if it wasn't for my Pilates class in the morning I would have gladly accepted it. After waiting so long for my food someone finally came out and yelled "number 243!" with such a vulgar, tone on there voice as if someone had just killed there 9 year old friendly german shepherd. Me and adam shared a look of confusion. I left the building ready to dig in but when i opened the bag there was another suprise in store. the wrong order. they gave me a mccrispy. i don't like pickles. That's why I am giving this a 1 star rating. if it wasn't for adam it would have been a 0, if that's even possible. count your blessings next time you visit this mcdonald's.

The place if a regular McDonald’s but it was too many homeless at the door with their bikes and they were charging all they accessories around the place so they were using like 4 tables each of them.

I come here all the time because the service is always great and speedy. I always get my McChicken, Sprite, and apple pie just as I like them, and my order is never messed up. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Every time I go through the drive-thru, there is a really nice employee named Ana; she is very attentive and always makes sure I get everything I ordered.

The fact that these employees are ENCOURAGED to use profanity against their own customers is INSANE!! The fact that you can report it to a shift manager many times, and all they can do is laugh and say “I’m sorry, do you need any sauces?”. This location has been through so many different groups of employees, and they all end up the same. Untrained, unprofessional, unhygienic, and ghetto! The fact that customers can’t even feel safe enough to approach management about concerns, without the manager laughing at you, making weird faces, scuffing, and then speaking bad about customers in a different language, in front of the same customer, not knowing they speak the same language and can understand them.You can’t even use drive through at night without the smell of marijuana slapping you in the face, coming from the dumpster area.(the least they could do is smoke inside their own vehicles so customers don’t smell it). MCDONALDS ON OBT BY CHURCH ST IS WAY MORE CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL THAN THIS DUMP!!!!! FIX YOUR GROUP OF EMPLOYEES.

Checked my receipt when I got home, and they charged me $8.00 for a diet coke. They won't even answer their phone, so I'll have to waste time tomorrow to go back over there. NEVER AGAIN

I recently visited the Union Park location, which left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I have been a longtime fan of McDonald's and recently had a positive experience when I purchased a McCrispy sandwich while traveling through Ocala. The sandwich was delicious, featuring an oversized patty and a soft, flavorful potato bun. The experience was so memorable that I found myself craving another.However, my visit to the Union Park McDonald's to order the deluxe version of the McCrispy was far from satisfactory. I decided to upgrade the sandwich by paying a little more, expecting an enhanced dining experience. Unfortunately, what I received was far from what I anticipated. The chicken patty was significantly smaller than the bun being about the size of a large chicken nugget. The upgrade included two minuscule tomato slices, one the size of a nickel and the other the size of a quarter. Additionally, the sandwich was overloaded with an excessive amount of mayonnaise.It was disheartening to see such discrepancies in the quality and presentation of the sandwich, especially when these flaws were apparent during assembly. The lack of attention to detail and the subpar ingredients used in the upgraded version were a stark contrast to the positive experience I had with the original McCrispy sandwich I purchased in Ocala.As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential for McDonald's to uphold its standards of quality and consistency across all locations. While I understand that occasional mistakes can happen, it is crucial to address customer feedback and strive for improvement.
