Waited 15 minutes for a to go order placed at the kiosk. Guess you need to stand in front of the pick-up counter and breathe down their necks to get someone to notice. Sat patiently at a table within view of their pickup counter, waiting for my food to be ready.

This location can never get it right.
Food - fine. It is McDonnalds, they always seem to burn the bun at this location.. Once I ordered a regular Hamburger on the mobile app and pressed Extra pickles. When i received the order, this was a pickle sandwich. Literally. Imagine, a bun, triple layer of pickles, the patty, triple layer of pickles, another bun. Wow....Never happened again after this time, but it was shocking.
Service - the wait time at this location is always beyond belief. Whether you are ordering it on the app in advance or at the window, you always have to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the order...if you're lucky, even though it doesn't look busy at all.
Either they are understaffed for the volume or move super slowly. Either or....baffles me every single time.
Update: Still not any better. Today, I ordered a double hamburger with extra pickles - got regular one with no extra pickles. Ordered medium fry - the package was filled only halfway. Regarding previous orders - buns are consistently burnt, chicken overcooked most of the time. Staff still behaves like they're consistently asleep, they take forever to bring you items in the drive-through, even though there are 2 cars. Overall, this location needs major revision. It is new, but people need better training and quality control.

I ordered a Big Mac, large fry and asked for a medium water and was told they don’t do medium waters. Even if I offered to pay they said no. It’s not that hard to pour water in a medium cup.

I always buy through the Drive Thru and they always tell me to wait in the Reserve Parking lot and without there being a line waiting, I don't understand the point of waiting at the window to wait in the parking lot. ?

Horrible management, who runs a staff meeting for 40+ minutes during a dinner rush. Drive thru, pickup and drive thru spaces were overpacked and they had one guy running payment, food and pickup all alone. Poor guy! Unbelievably horrible service!!! Shame on you! I was exceptionally late for an appointment. Don’t expect great service here!

Close this place down please, I waited 38 minutes for a meal and on top of that to get it cold. The manager never apologizes she plays like she does not understand a word. There was no excuse for this they had no one in the restaurant only 3 cars and all of us waiting for cold food. Shame!!!.

Managers and employees are extremely rude. Got a burger that was barely cooked and when i brought it back the rude manager said if you wanted it well done just say that. I wanted a cooked burger not pink all over and bloody. And apparently they don’t do refills. Only McDonald’s i know of that doesn’t do refills.
