The most annoying experience I've ever had in a McDonald's! No drink machines to take care of your own refills. No napkins anywhere. You have to ask them for everything and then there is no one there to actually help you with the refill or Napkins. Employees all working hard but no attention to the customer. If you're going to be a sit down restaurant be a sit down restaurant... If you're self service then have the drink machines out etc.

Great new store, but that's all it has going for it. I don't know why it's so difficult to make an iced coffee. But for some reason employees think an iced coffee is meant to be made 90% creamer and 10% coffee. Absolutely terrible and I can't believe anyone would have the audacity to even hand a drink this color out the window.

24 hour mcdonald’s but always closed between 3am-5am. I’ve been two nights in a row around 4:15am and got told they were closed both nights, and had to have my mobile order refunded. Just ridiculous.

This is one of the few McDonald’s that still have a playground for the kids.We came for breakfast and our teen girls love the The Caramel frappes. we had to order through the kiosk because there was no one to take our orders.Bathroom was clean and food was good.

I usually dont write a bad review, but I had to write this to bring things up to the management attention. I ordered 1 filet o fish meal, 1 filet o fish sandwich and 1 coke @ 2:40am. Both the sandwiches were not prepared well, filet was dry, buns were not soft and fries were not fresh as well. They didn't even fill the coke cup. I dont know why ! It looks like it was just sitting there for a long time and they just gave it to me or staff was in a rush to get rid of it. Extremely poor food quality. I think upper management needs to check in on the 3rd shift and see whats the cause of poor food quality. I am not satisfied from this location. I have also attached pictures to they can see.

Took to long to prepare a big Mac combo. Almost 25 minutes... seriously! drive thru is more priority than inside! Everyone with attitude. Service sucks.
Supposedly open 24 hours, however, conveniently always close when you arrive.No matter what hour you go extremely rude staff don't bother coming

This is horrible we ordered food at the drive thru and watched the car behind us get served before us with only a 6 piece chicken nugget 2 fries and a McChicken n mcdouble this is ridiculous it's been over 20 minutes while they are serving the front, update they finally bring out the food but the lettuce is missing and they didn't bring out the sauce we paid for so highly recommend going to a different location due to the negligence of this place and the ride employees
