We ordered 1 mcgriddle meal with a extra hashbrown and lrg coffee. Extra coffee on the side. Price was 18$! We told them the order again and they gave us 2.60 back.I am not a flordia local but I know 16$ for a breakfast meal is a scam. Their machine was down and no one understood that it doesn't equal 16$.We just left and took it as a loss, waste of time. Won't be visiting this mcdonalds again lolI understand the machine being down sucks, but this is basic math.

Haven’t been to McDonald’s in a long time, they’ve replaced people with kiosks, you place your order put a number on your table ave someone brings it out. The service felt like the atmosphere, cold.

Sad to see a Macdonalds in a very tourist and busy area have such rude and lack of customer service people. Tonight was my las night at this place. Feel uncomfortable, mad, and disrespected as a customer who came from work to just get food.

This a newly located McDonald's. And this was my 1st visit. I was impressed with the taste of my food, service was attentive too (valet worker walking around the floor to asking "is everything OK?"), and the Atmosphere and bathroom was VERY clean and quiet. If you want to see what all McDonald's should be like. Come visit this one. 5 ? ??

Everything is done on a kiosk, not a fan. If they mess up your order you have to wait for someone to come out from the back to get it corrected. 3 of us had burgers and the grease was dripping off the burgers like I have never seen. It looked like someone poured it on our sandwiches.
