I ordered table service but my food never came. Good thing I over heard my number in the pick up area. My fries and nuggets were cold and tasted so bad I couldn't finish my food as hungry as I was. I'll never come to this McDonald's again. Bad service. Restroom out of order also.

Was at McDonald’s this morning enjoying my coffee when I asked for a refill and one of the managers told me that I couldn’t have 15 sugars because that’s her food cost now mind you I’ve been coming here for 3 and a half years and never had this problem smh it the new people that is running away all the good customers away I really thinking about relocating to the one down the street I won’t be visiting this location to much long☹️

Ordered hotcakes with a strawberry shake and 2 hashbrowns. They sent me a vanilla shake without a straw and not condiments or utensils for my hotcakes. This is the 2nd time in a row.

DiRTY BATHROOM and BIG HOLES AT ENTRANCE. Surely, YOUY CAR will get destroyed. Bathroom is filthy. Dirty bathroom walls. When you order in self kiosk it doesn’t have paper. No employee said hi when you WALK-IN. Where is the mgmt and owner of this establishment? Aren’t they checking the quality of MCDONALD standard. I wrote an email to McDonald’s corporate office and photos. Never seen any McDonald’s like this .

Ordered a medium vanilla shake and once home to I relaxed drink it, half was whipping cream!

They kept cleaning and mopping the floor while I was there. If anything, the shop was kept clean in the customer seating area.
