Staff standing around doing NOTHING, managers rude , employees rude . Nobody greeted us and the rude pathetic employee walked passed us with our food , the fries were stale and when asked if all items in the bag he said yes but that wasn’t true . The staff and manager on day shift approximately 1pm on 05/4/2023. Very rude. The girl taking my order was extremely incompetent and manager refused to provide her name or staff name. She refused to provide phone number to complain. I’ll stick to Chick-fil-a if this place is my only option! Shout out to the staff at OBT Mcdonald’s for helping me make it back to work on time. Just proves staff is only as good as management!
