Went to replace a 6 pc nugget and medium fry. A male manger on duty basically told me he couldn’t replace my food because he didn’t know if i was lying or not. After I told the young lady in the window why I was there. His tone and dismissive attitude towards me was not the service I expected.

This place is worthless. I work overnight down the street so I rely on this Mcdndls to be open. Says they’re open 24 hours but around 3-4 they will let you just wait in the drive thru. You can say “hello” as many times as you want and they will just remain silent and turn the screen off. Just tonight, 10/20/2025, I pulled up around 4:15am and no one answered. I pull around and there were a total of 4 people just standing around ignoring me at the window. It’s really inconvenient that I work right beside this McDonald’s, but I have to drive all the way to Millenia just to get food.

The people working here have no idea what they are doing, and have poor Customer service. I was waiting for my order more than 30 minutes because they couldnt find it even though I kept showing them my online receipt with the adress and everything. I lost my time and had to cancel my order in the end.

I want to rant and rave about that Lbmcleod McDonald's. I go there once a week and I get excited when im on that side of town. I've never been there and had to wait or my food wasn't fresh and that Sweet tea never tastes sour or like flavored water. That night crew and night manager works well together cause its late when I go 10:30 to 11 pm. I found its a Ghilchrist store. Kudos to them for a great store. Lee rd take notes cause that store is bad everytime i go.

It was my first time visiting, and the server got my order wrong. And the place wasn't even busy. The crew took for the longest time to come to the counter to assist us. Poor service. I wouldn't recommend it.

I ordered at 832 pm on a Sunday night. Long line. I ordered the $5 McDouble meal. Everything was right but they gave me the wrong sauce. I ordered bbq and got they gave me sweet and sour. I attempted to go inside the restaurant but it was locked. I didn’t want to make a long line again just to get bbq sauce. I’m understanding. People make mistakes but if you can’t accommodate a quick fix (like allowing me inside) then you can’t afford to make these mistakes. Had to eat my nuggets without bbq sauce ):
Work close by so this is the go to for breakfast un the morning. Morning crew is really nice specially one guy that i call Mr. 999 because he has it tattooed on his neck. Not much to say about Mc D that most people already know. Store is small parking lot is small .
