They pay crew members like 16 dollars a hour just to put a meat on a bun. My order was wrong and the management their are extremely rude and unprofessional. Franchises need more attention to keeping a good customer service for the largest fast food chains

Avoid this McDonald’s at 2503 John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32804—it’s a disaster. Slow service every time, not because it’s busy, but because of incompetence. I’ve waited 30+ minutes for food as the only person in the lobby repeatedly. Ordering ahead on the app is useless; they don’t start your food until you’re begging for it. Drive-thru gets priority while in-store customers are ignored. Staff couldn’t care less—no greetings, no updates, just silence until I snap. Today, February 23, 2025, at 8:35 AM, I hit my breaking point: ordered two hashbrowns and a frappe for my pregnant wife via the app, arrived in 15 minutes, and waited 20 more. Had to demand my order in an empty lobby. This place is a joke—management’s asleep, and corporate needs to step in.

Decent place but I ordered table service they brought everyone else’s out with a tray even walked out and attempted to find the customer if there weren’t there but I had to get up and get mine and they gave to me a to go bag so message received I guess🥴……gave 2 stars because at least the food was good

Going through drive thru and she just said hello. So I figured she was ready for my order. Nope, she got rude and told me to wait. She then continued talking on the mic to someone in the store. Then I ordered and she got it wrong so I had to repeat and said I wanted a meal and she asked if I just wanted the sandwich. I said no and said I want the meal with a coke. She said so what’s the drink. I repeated myself louder thinking she couldn’t hear then she told me to stop yelling at her. The whole time there is background noise of people laughing and she said next window. I wasn’t done. So rude.

There were two cars in front of me when I was ordering and all I ordered was the 10 piece chicken tenders and a chocolate milkshake and french fries for $14 and change. However I don't know what to hold up was took 15 minutes to actually get my food and leave the parking lot which was slow. However the food was hot and good and I love the chocolate shake. This was done at about 6:30 in the evening on a Wednesday.

Food was fresh and hot for once and the employees were fast nice and considerate. Wish other McDonaldes were staffed just as well. Our local McDonalds is so poorly staffed and run, food is slow to be put out and usually Luke warm at best as employees play on their phones rather than helping customers.
