Like most Mc Donald's the food is never ready . You would think they would know approximately how many of each product they sell everyday at lunch and have the food ready. . Like always you have to ask for ketchup for French fries.

The morning crew at this location is rude and nasty for no reason. Most McDonald's in Orlando do not have 24/7 lobbies. I tried going through the drive-thru to pick up an uber eats order and got the snarkiest "you need to come inside for uber" so I pull around... the doors are locked. How you gonna be rude about the store being open while the doors are locked.Do not go to this location in the morning if you can avoid it.

Bad. Just bad. Customer service is terrible. Everyone has an attitude or something better to do. Prices are higher than other McDonald's. In poorer locations they charge more. Waited 10 for a steak biscuit and orange juice just to find my OJ watered down. The girl handing out the food was staring out the drive window and forgot to even give me my OJ. An awkward silence happened before I eventually ask her for it. Terrible experience even for a very low McDonald's standard. If you are SLIGHTLY inconvenienced at this location consider yourself LUCKY. It really takes a lot for me to say I'll never come back to a location but this is my second time being here and it's just terrible. I'll starve before I choose this McDonald's again.

Just went to the drive through of this location and wasn’t acknowledged at all as I sat by the mic outside to order longer than 5 minutes. Rolled up to the first window, the manager looked out the window and proceeded to walk off. I will never return to this location. I drove off and kept my coins!

Ordered three of the box’s they have ordered Big Mac with no lettuce and no pickles they gave me a double cheeseburger for all orders no mac sauce no cheese NOTHING stupids thing I have seen paid 33 dollars to get 3 double cheeseburger place
