This is probably one of the best McDonald’s I have ever lived by. I only do the drive thru but the team is always so nice and friendly. I rarely have to wait for my food. Never have issues with my order. Tonight I did have to wait a little bit which was fine since I had a semi large order but they were so nice and even gave me an extra pie for the wait.

I had such a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s thanks to two incredible team members — Manager Jay and Ms. Gigi. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcomed. Jay went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, showing true leadership and care for both customers and staff. Ms. Gigi’s kindness, patience, and warm smile turned an ordinary visit into something special.
It’s rare to see such teamwork, professionalism, and genuine hospitality in fast food, but Jay and Ms. Gigi made it look effortless. They didn’t just serve food — they served joy. I left not only satisfied with my meal but uplifted by the experience.

Unfortunately, every time I visit this McDonald’s, I have a bad experience. The staff is always rude, orders are incorrect, items are missing from the bag, and the food quality is poor. I’ve gotten used to double-checking everything before leaving because there is always something wrong. It’s very frustrating because I live nearby and it could be a good option, but I’ve decided to stop eating here. I’ve never had a satisfying experience — it’s always disappointing.
