Please don’t. Food is rough, prices more than double. I get it … airport food … but this is out of bounds. Avoid it.

The cashier wasnt very friendly and spoke very softly. She had quite the sour look that was a littel off putting. She served the meals out of order and allowed more than 4 patrons to walk away without at least greeting them and asking for a minute. It was slow service. The meal wasn't well prepared, the coffee wasnt ready and the it was not made well. Next time it will be Burger King

Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever seen. I stood there with no one else in line for 5 minutes while the 2 ladies talked about nothing. When they finally acknowledged me as I stood in front the order here sign the older lady said "you need something"? After my order was ready they called out my number and I said thank you with no response from anyone so I said it again still with no response. The young man with a gotee just stared at me with no response. I will never eat here again.

Took awhile standing around with nobody in line to even be acknowledged. And the , when some body did help me, it felt like I was a burden to them taking my order. Only after ordering, I was informed they were out of key ingredients of them meal.

not the best experience. I was in a rush but they literally forgot our order when we were one out of two customers. Workers were talking with each other too much and did not show any speed in their working habits. Very disappointed. But the food was good tho

Stood waiting for someone to take my order (there was no line) and four employees working. I asked if anyone could take my order and got a single staff replied and one went on his cell phone right behind the cash register while I was standing there. Awful service, literally go anywhere else in the airport.

Did not care for at all! Used because they drop off at Brightline station directly. Was not safe! Waited almost 10 minutes after parking for a shuttle to come by and that was because I called. Driver spoke no English and ran SEVERAL stop signs! The driving was horrid! On the return we sent a text as instructed and a driver came pretty quickly. But again spoke no English! Driving was bad and we were thankful we were the first stop. People at gates not helpful at all and also do not speak English. This was our first time using this facility so we weren't sure how it worked. Apparently you pay for the times you entered regardless if you get back early or not. Spaces are small and pillars holding up the covered spaces are in a terrible location. Depending on which side it is on the person in the front seat cant open their door! My husband had to back up so I could get in and out of the car. Never again. A horrible experience from start to finish. If we could give it zero stars we would!
