Mecatos Bakery & Café

This place is amazing and it is one of my favorite coffee shops in Orlando. if you’re ever in the mood for delicious Rich coffee and wonderful pastries I highly recommend this place. This was also the first place I tried Colombian food for the first time and I have to say it hits the spot as someone who is not Latino but it’s married to a Latina I was very interested in trying different latin food. As every region has rich bold flavors. however, I have to say Colombian coffee is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. I also have to say the dolce Leche pastries are one of my favorite of all time I’ve ever had something so rich creamy and delicious not to mention the ham and cheese pastry they have is to die for However, the big reason you’re probably coming to this place is the coffee and let me tell you their ice latte hits amazing . It’s rich and delicious and what makes this place even better as they have an area on the side where you can add your own sugar so you can make it to your own liking. Atmosphere of this place is also really wonderful. I really like the family community. I saw as there are so many families there eating and enjoying their day. I also saw a lot of people studying here since this is so close to a local university. I would highly recommend anyone to come here and try it The other side sidenote is it also is very cheap so I have to say if you’re down to have delicious coffee and delicious pastries for a fraction of the price you would pay any other coffee shop that’s better quality. I highly recommend you to try this place.

Breakfast croissant was hot, huge, and deliciously cheesy! Iced coffee was made with espresso. Clean space with a great vibe! If we weren’t passing through, I would’ve loved to go back for dessert or a cocktail!

The quality is down . Check immediately with the chefs before is late and for otherwise the order was not complete. Kirkman place , need supervision

Few staff, very late and the empanadas with a lot of oil. On the weekend there is a long line to order and they do nothing for this.

The service from all the team is good THANkS to Mildred the Manager, who keeps on top of the serves, and keep up with every single detail at the bakery!!! She is the leader!!!

I want to update my review that I had previously placed. I was upset with how many items were missing from my order and how the wrong size drinks were given to us. I reached out to management and I just want to say that they were very accommodating and kind. The owner's/ management's understanding and courtesy was professional and really goes a long way with local consumers. This will not impact my business at Mecato's as my husband and I will continue to frequent this location. Thank you for caring and making the issues right.
