Mecatos on Orange ave., very friendly, clean, positive attitude, bathroom was super clean, food & coffee was great. All this while the Puerto Rican parade was starting, lots of people. Great staff, keep it up. Gracias, buen trabrajo.

I had to change my food two time cause first it wasn't what I ordered then I had to change it for the right thing, and after all the wait they finally bring me the food righttt buttTtt It had a hairrr! Nooo! Awful It was disgusting. And then I had to order it again cause of the Hair. No don't recommend

Today, March 9, 2025 at 9:38 in the morning I went to this bakery in which I ordered a couple of things in the box. I was missing a few. I was charged for two tiramisu instead of one and the tiramisu was horrible. I was charged to coladas For seven dollars and they added a tip in which I stated that I did not want to leave tip because I had horrible service the lady did not understand me.. I will be taking this up with a Better Business Bureau!! I want my money back from this disgusting food.

Nice afternoon. I usually really enjoy my experience at Mecatos because it makes me feel at home, in my Colombia. I am a regular customer. However, today was unfortunately the exception. I understand that the premises must be cleaned, but I consider it important that this is done during opening or closing hours, since the smell of the products used is strong and completely ruins the consumption of food. We made this situation known to the store employees and their response was friendly, but it was justified in cleaning up someone's vomit. However, they were mopping the entire premises, not one area in particular. I sincerely hope it doesn't happen again, just today I had lunch there and didn't enjoy it. Thank you

I found this little jewel on accident when I’ve First moved to Orlando. I was very impressed at how delicious the empanadas were and the fact that they serve soursop smoothies. I absolutely love. I haven’t tasted the coffee but I just looked up Cuban coffee near me and they came up so I’m gonna try that today.
They didn't bring me the cachapa on time, it took a long time and it's not very good.

42 minutes from order to delivery. I understand that mix ups happen but I just spent $80.00 plus 25% tip for almost a 45 minute wait. Once I get to my office, I find that my order was also wrong. Unacceptable. 1/10/25 Order #32. Horrible.
