I found this little jewel on accident when I’ve First moved to Orlando. I was very impressed at how delicious the empanadas were and the fact that they serve soursop smoothies. I absolutely love. I haven’t tasted the coffee but I just looked up Cuban coffee near me and they came up so I’m gonna try that today.
42 minutes from order to delivery. I understand that mix ups happen but I just spent $80.00 plus 25% tip for almost a 45 minute wait. Once I get to my office, I find that my order was also wrong. Unacceptable. 1/10/25 Order #32. Horrible.

I usually really enjoy my experience at Mecatos because it makes me feel at home, in my Colombia. I am a regular customer. However, today was unfortunately the exception. I understand that the premises must be cleaned, but I consider it important that this is done during opening or closing hours, since the smell of the products used is strong and completely ruins the consumption of food. We made this situation known to the store employees and their response...
