Today, March 9, 2025 at 9:38 in the morning I went to this bakery in which I ordered a couple of things in the box. I was missing a few. I was charged for two tiramisu instead of one and the tiramisu was horrible. I was charged to coladas For seven dollars and they added a tip in which I stated that I did not want to leave tip because I had horrible service the lady did not understand me.. I will be taking this up with a Better Business Bureau!! I want my money back from this disgusting food.

The terrible food, the watery empanadas, not at all crunchy, the hot polar malt that when uncovered spilled completely into the Table, the HORRIBLE Cachapas gave MAYONNAISE FOR CREAM, they NEVER deceive a Venezuelan with the cream, and to finish the coffee, first time I've been to this location and I don't plan to return, money wasted and poorly eaten, I'll stick with the one in the downtown and the one in the colony doesn't fail ❤️ the only good thing about it was its chili.

Lovely place! The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The coffee is excellent as well, as well as their smoothies. And the staff? Oh my god, they're all so friendly! I didn't feel rushed to order and any questions I had they answered very sweetly and didn't make me feel dumb. The atmosphere is very upbeat but also chill. The music is just loud enough where you can speak at a comfortable volume without feeling like the whole place can hear you, while also not being so loud that you can't even hear yourself. Would definitely recommend! I'm so happy to have a friendly little cafe right in my neighborhood, I hope business booms because y'all deserve it <3 (Edit: just wanted to shout out a worker named Isabel because she is awesome and the sweetest person. She got my food ready so fast, I blinked and it was at my table. 10/10)
