Today was my second time visiting this place since the food and the sweets are excellent, but the service was terrible, it seemed like the clerks were upset, especially the one who served me the food, I had ordered two sides and I told her I would like two ripe and his answer was, the Side of the mature is more than 4, that's why I asked him if he wanted more cassava, since he had already put two tablespoons of it, I'm supposed to pay for whatever I want to eat, but well...
I was left without my matures.

When away from Puerto Rico, Melao is your place to go for a true Puertorrican meal and experience. A true Panadería in the middle of Orlando. This is a place that my family and I go every single time we go to anywhere in the Orlando area. There is no other place worth our time and money. We love this place!!!

I went with my wife to look for some sweets and they treated us very badly. Génesis, the person who served us, was very rude, and the sweets were not good either, I will not return to the place.

If you want to starve, come here, it took 1 hour for 3 scrambles and 2 wraps. Terrible service and even more so if you are used to service as a tourist. The employees think they are in PR, but in PR they treat you with more affection... those tables and chairs have given them a hard time, it's time to renovate the place.

I visited this restaurant with my family today and unfortunately our experience was not pleasant. The first time we visited about a year ago, the food was so-so, not great, and the service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, this second visit was similar. The service was not good, the food was lukewarm and the meat was cold. The staff didn't seem friendly or welcoming, and everything felt rushed. No one was smiling or saying hello, which made the atmosphere less pleasant. Also, the desserts, like the cheeses we ordered, did not taste fresh. Overall, we didn't have a good experience this time either.

Delicious arroz con gandules and costillas (ribs) and they charge me $5.99. That’s 5 stars in my book!
