First, from Empleda, who served us with a bad attitude and the food was very cold. I have been visiting this place a lot, which I like, but they have been lowering the quality of the food for some time and when I arrived today and they treated me like I didn't want to work here, it was Very unpleasant, I will continue to dress but only by request of Sanwishes or something else that they cook for me at the moment but I will no longer eat the food in front

Before it was a very good place to eat and the service was excellent. Now the food is cold and the atmosphere is hostile to the attention when ordering the food with hated women serving as if the customer was asking them for free food and they do not realize that the customer is paying for the food and thanks to that they have a job .

The food was not terrible it was good enough to eat but not to eat again. I have ordered takeout many times here before and I have eaten previously, the food was not what it used to be.The staff has terrible service. They are rude and have the nastiest attitude. While I was ordering my food they were rushing my family and I even though there was not a line behind us.The atmosphere is terrible, we sat at a booth and the cushion was so worn out. Also there was food in the corners of the bench beside the wall, you can tell the staff does not properly clean the seating area or tables.

Food was great. Except for the one I had place my order with, EVERY one else was extreamly rude. The server lack of respect specially the lady that was calling me when the food was done. Send them back to be training on how to be respectful to customers. Rolling eyes and everything. I mean that's your job if your not happy then you should work elsewhere.

This is the place to come to when the food is fresh. The portions are large, which most people love. Unfortunately, if the food is sitting for hours, some of it becomes inedible. The rice was very hard. The mashed Malanga was heavily seasoned (too salty), the steak was hard as well. The tostones were not crispy and lacked flavor. But what got me was the unfriendly demeanor of the servers; especially the cashier. I want to believe I may have come on a bad day for them. We did not enjoy the experience and were not able to consume the food.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at Melao Orlando. As someone who relies on a service dog, I was shocked by the lack of knowledge and professionalism displayed by the staff. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I was approached by a female employee who informed me that my service dog was not allowed inside. Despite explaining that my dog is indeed a service dog and legally allowed to accompany me, she continued to argue. When I mentioned involving my attorney, she abruptly walked away and instructed the cashiers not to take my order.Shortly after, a male manager approached me saying his female employee said I told her my dog was emotional support so my service dog was not allowed inside - i never said this. Only after further explanation did he reluctantly agree to allow my service dog to stay, but with the condition that he behaves.Throughout this ordeal, my service dog remained calm and well-behaved, lying quietly at my feet. It was clear the employees and the manager lacked proper training on how to handle customers with service dogs. While I have previously enjoyed the food at Melao Orlando for its quality and affordability, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning until I am confident that all employees and managers are adequately trained and educated on accommodating customers with service dogs. The treatment I received was not only unprofessional and unacceptable - it was ILLEGAL!As for the food, I stayed and waited against my better judgment- Waited 40 minutes for 2 Tripleta sandwiches and a breakfast egg meal with coffee. The Tripleta sandwiches were soggy from all the mayo ketchup. I asked for ice water and they gave me a tiny 8oz cup that can't be refilled unless you stand in a long line again.

I was so looking forward to the corn flour, I stopped here to buy it and it was horrible, it tastes like triple FFF, it's not like the PR ones, it's very hard, the color is very yellow, you can tell they made it too much and it was bland, how bad it was, I was disappointed. I ate two bites and ended up voting for who made that corn flour ??
