Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

What makes this situation even more outrageous is the response they left under my review. Maybe this woman isn’t the official “owner,” but she acts like it — and she clearly works there. If this is how their staff behaves, it’s even more disturbing.
Let’s get something straight: my so-called “behavior” was simply trying the handle of a restroom that had been “occupied” for over 10 minutes with no response, and then asking the cashier if it was locked. That’s it. The actual unacceptable behavior was this woman screaming at a very pregnant customer who urgently needed the restroom, humiliating me in front of everyone, and now the store doubling down online instead of apologizing.
And reading through other reviews, I see this is a pattern — every single complaint gets brushed off with the same arrogant response of “we’re glad you won’t be back.” That’s not customer service, that’s pure hostility. The way this location treats people is disgusting, and I will be reporting it to corporate. No customer should ever be talked to like this.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I am very pregnant and urgently needed the restroom. The door said “occupied” for over 10 minutes with no one coming out. I tried the handle — nobody responded, nobody came out — so I then asked the cashier if someone was actually in there or if it was just locked, since many places do that. He gave me no clear answer. A few minutes later, the OWNER comes out and immediately starts yelling at ME in front of the entire store. She even pointed at the sign and said, “You can’t read? It says occupied, you don’t understand?”
I NEEDED TO GO NOW — I am very pregnant. Instead of showing basic human decency, the owner chose to humiliate me and scold me as if I had done something wrong. Why on earth would you talk to a customer, let alone a pregnant woman in an urgent situation, in such a degrading way?
This was not just rude — it was cruel, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. The situation could have been handled with simple courtesy, but instead the OWNER went out of her way to embarrass me publicly. I will NEVER come back here, and I will make sure everyone I know hears about how this place treats people.

We LOVE Menchie's for a special occasion or on an excruciatingly hot Florida day, as there are numerous wonderful flavors and toppings. Today the blueberries were the best blueberries I've ever had, where do you find such good blueberries?! Every time I have visited this location, there have never been any issues. The flavors were all available, they allow samples, the toppings are fresh. Vegan options are also offered! Thanks menchies :-)

Our favorite place for ice cream,many choices , very clean and the customer service is always great. There is a lady at the cashier that every time she is there she makes our day, so kind and friendly!

Janet and Angelo were absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The entire place is spotless, inviting, and has such a warm atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy every bite. Now, let’s talk about the ice cream—hands down, THE BEST I’ve ever had! Every single flavor is rich, creamy, and bursting with deliciousness. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients because each bite is packed with amazing flavor. And the toppings? So fresh! The fruit was unbelievably good, sweet, and perfectly ripe. It’s rare to find a place that gets every detail just right, but they truly do. I’d gladly make the drive, no matter the distance, just to experience this again. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out!

Choices are excellent. There is something for everyone. This one is really clean, and the employee is always helpful with the kids. It's pricey so that why 4 stars.

One of the cleanest and nicest Menchie’s we have ever visited. Whatever state we travel to we always look for a Menchie’s. We’ve visited stores in NC, MI, GA, FL, etc. and this one is at the top. Angelo was super friendly and has great customer service skills! Thanks for an awesome visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible customer service. No reason why serving frozen yogurt should be this difficult.
