Terrible customer service. No reason why serving frozen yogurt should be this difficult.

disappointed i placed an order with high hopes to eat some fro yo while watching w christmas movie with my family all cozy and happy. i placed order at 6:40 and it was showing delivery at 7:50 keep in mind it is less then 10 minutes away i let it be and placed order then on top of that it got delayed another hour and i let it be but then they cancelled the order me and my family had incredibly high hopes it is now 8:30 and we have ordered baskin robbins if u are gonna order dont get your hopes up this ruined my whole day.

The flavors taste artificial and watered down not creamy, was not a fan of any of the flavors. The chocolate had a fake flavor and the tart had a dull tartness to it. We have Yogurtland in California that tastes so much better with a more pronounced flavor.

I love menchies, it’s a self serve frozen yogurt place where you can add your own toppings and pay by weight. The workers are always in the back but are nice enough and the place is normally quite clean.

This store was so clean, very well organized, everything was tidy and without spills. The cashier was friendly and very patient with my nephews. The pineapple sorbet was delicious, always my favorite. My mom loved the waffle cone. Nice place.

Kudos to this crew! Give them a raise, they grreeted me with smiles as soon as I walked through the door, all three associates were very friendly and helpful, and upon redeeming my birthday reward I was surprised with a whole happy birthday song. Made the day very special, thank you for excellent customer service!

You pay by the ounce. Quite reasonably priced. Love the fruity yoghurts, however, so many chocolatey and sweeter flavours. So many topping options and different sauces.

Today I went as many times and this time I left a little disappointed since there was almost no fresh fruit topping and neither were today's chocolate fuge and condensed milk dispensers. and it was clear that the boys were not interested in replenishing the shelves with the missing products! I couldn't enjoy the ice cream as
usual this time!

Always a great stop by to be in here! Clean, presentable items. Outside of franchisee control but they were down a flavor from their full array — one of the flavors was “come back soon!”. I also am disappointed in their rewards system — it seems like it takes ages to get any sort of rewards. The employees were kind and helpful, and stayed open to accommodate everyone. Always a fun stop with new exciting flavors to try.
P.S. I don’t know how true it is, but they claim to be one of the last locations to still serve samples. Bonus points!

So good self serve frozen yogurt for the whole family and for ones with dietary challenges. Delicious flavors. Polite and fun staff. A great variety of toppings. Seating inside and outside. Situated in a very nice grouping of restaurants and stores.
