The lady in the front that works in cashier is the sweetest person ever. I wish she was my family! What a great and positive attitude. My mom lives in Brazil and every time she comes we NEED to go to Menchie’s and every single time the lady is so sweet. Of course, the yogurt is amazing as well :)

It was almost closing time when our group of 8 went in and the turned the lights out on us while we were filling our cups with the good stuff. I kind of understand but our bill was over $50 and if they had not rushed us it might have been even more. We go there all the time in OKC so had went there on purpose. Understand it was closing time but felt they were kind of rude. We had just spent a lot of money doing an Escape Room, then went over ton some desert but stopped for pizza first next door, then in for desert. We just spent about $500 to Orlando’s economy for an evening out for the 8 of us.

Came before as a regular customer.Today I came back as a Uber driver the offering me a free ice cream the lady and the manager are great with there customers. Thank you so much for this experience. Not everyone it's very nice and appreciate customers like this. ❤️

Is it what you expect from a yogurt place, cute, variety and yummy sweet treats. Great for friends and families alike. The staff is nice and I love that it is self serve and you can try any flavor before you commit.

Worst customer service ever. You really need to train your staff, specifically the big guy. We came in at 10:15 pm and I was there with my 5 year old. It was so hot outside. Just because the guy had to clean the store, he literally asked us to go and sit outside. They close at 11. It was very rude and inconsiderate of him. Never coming back.

Menchie's has always been one of my favorite frozen yogurt spots! We usually go to the one on CityWalk but left dinner in Dr. Phillips and decided to give this one a shot. The yogurt was great as always but it was a little dirty inside so we opted to take it to go. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. The lady who checked us out was very friendly and nice.

Haven’t been in several months as when we come several flavors are low and choc sauce toppings are at the bottom of the container. Same again tonight. Why come?
